Nope, the 1500 edit is a hard limit on PS4 for the sake of stability - before this, people would download like every edit available on PSN and the game's save data would corrupt itself.

There’s a hard cap of 1,500 edit wrestlers on PS4.
Move data has its own separate file size limit.
Custom parts, music, logos and ring parts all share 1 file size limit. So deleting MP3s will give you more room for logos and custom parts.
