Since I've basically been dreaming of the day Move Craft was a thing for damn near 20 years, I'm going to try to create moves, which I'll share here. This wasn't the first move I'd figured on getting 'done', but I just uploaded my Corner Side Body Knee Lift to the Workshop. It's of a more "pro wrestling style" knee lift rush in the corner, rather than the shoot style looking one in the game (basically the way Kevin Nash would throw them). This took way longer than it should have, because having the arms holding on to the ropes through the animation was really annoying and I still hate the way they look (though I feel it's more noticeable on a frame-by-frame basis rather than in motion).

Did you ever think you'd have this sweet editor back when you were doing moves for D with hex code?
If you move that knee BETWEEN the defender's legs, this becomes a very vicious attack. The Ball Buster.

Now do the back elbows he does with the 'camera' pose he does before the final one. Then you'll have 2 of the 5 moves Nash has ever done.

Now do the back elbows he does with the 'camera' pose he does before the final one. Then you'll have 2 of the 5 moves Nash has ever done. I was gonna ask if "quad tear" would be one of the 5 moves, but it just reminds me I saw that somebody made the Sid Vicious leg break dive, complete with the bone snapping CRITICAL! effect and any self-injury moves would pale in comparison to that.

I haven't messed around much... can you set something to CRITICAL every time like that? And self CRIT as well? So we could do a true double KO spot with 2 dudes getting KO at the same time?
And yeah, quad tear is one. It goes corner knee, corner elbow, side slam, quad tear, jack knife and a +2 if you want with 'flip hair out of face' and 'raise fist'

Absolutely love the animation and "oooogh" selling impact on this! Did you have to significantly size off-set so that no one would be nard-kneed? π I haven't messed around much... can you set something to CRITICAL every time like that? And self CRIT as well? So we could do a true double KO spot with 2 dudes getting KO at the same time? Wow that would be incredible!! I would love the ability to cause a double CRITICAL! from a move. That would also lead to an interesting question: Who wins? Double-DQ? And yeah, quad tear is one. Not really, unfortunately. Many visual/physical effects in the game are actually tied to the sound effects used in the animations. Some examples: - Controller vibration occurs when various strike or slam sounds are played (this is why the "hit" se are supposed to be set on the defender) - Poison Mist and Big Fire come out when the appropriate sound is used (except these don't seem to work with Move Craft :() - Ropes move when you use the Rope Bend sound - And yes, the CRITICAL! graphic popping up is triggered by the CRITICAL (bone cracking) sound effect, but it doesn't actually KO the wrestler The Sid thing was a diving front kick with the "miss" animation having the custom leg breaking forms, full self damage to the leg and the CRITICAL sound effect playing at the point of impact. He did the "ow my leg" zero health sell afterwards, but it wasn't truly a CRITICAL.
