If I install a created wrestler do I also need the custom parts? And then do I need to put them on said CAW?

Yes, if the edit comes with custom parts you need to subscribe to those as well. You shouldn't need to put them on the edit manually though.

Do I need the custom parts DLC in order to get the custom parts? Someone on Facebook told me I didn’t. But I feel like I do need it.
