The Director presented Batman 66 with the Battle Cage title. Around his waist was the Million Dollar Grand Prix Universal Martial Arts Crown. On each shoulder rested the King of the Dodecagon and Battle Cage Titles. The Director shook his head in disbelief but had a smirk. Batman 66 said that becoming a Triple Crown holder was something he never thought possible...but he would defend all three titles...because he's BATMAN!

In the post-event press conference The Director announced that GFC 20 would be held at Big Garden Arena, GFC 21 would be held at the GFC Dojo and GFC 22 would be at the Big Garden Arena. Batman 66 would defend the Dodecagon title at GFC 20 and the Million Dollar GP Universal M.A. Crown at GFC 22. The Dojo events were being held as a way for struggling fighters to climb up. The Director announced that BORK Laser would be the next challenger for the KOTD Title!

ANNOUNCEMENT/LINEUP:

The MANUP Organization exists to provide fans of martial arts with something to their taste. Gruesome Fighting has Non-Traditional Arts, Cage Fighting, Colorfulness and Weapons. DREAM has JMMA and a dedicated Women's Division. KFS has Openweight JMMA style fights on US soil as well as S-1 which is devoted to Stand-Up fighting. The resurrected UWFi and Battlarts offices give fans of Shoot Style Wrestling a place to flock.

Now, MANUP welcomes another office and another style. Legendary Wrestling will present Catch Inspired Wrestling. There will be no rounds, there will be no kicking or punching. Standing open handed or forearm strikes are allowed but on the mat, there is to be NO striking. Only pinfalls or submissions are allowed. Twelve men have been chosen and they will compete for the World CIW Championship. The inaugural event has been scheduled.

He had a special stipulation in mind and more details would be released after he had a chance to review the recent events to see which fighter would be the most worthy contender.

Shoot Fights were 3 Rounds by 5 Minutes with 3 Down TKO rule, the 2 down rule reported prior was an error. Non-Title S-1 Fights were 3 Rounds x 3 Minutes with 2 Down TKO rule. The S-1 Grand Prix Title Fight was 5 Rounds x 3 Minutes with a 3 Down TKO Rule.

This event was unique in that it featured an intermission after between the Shoot and S-1 fights that allowed the ring crew to place a special S-1 ring mat and corner mats.

Peter DeVeer defeated M. Bison at 2:13 of Round 2 by TKO (2 down) using a Round Middle Kick to become the new S-1 Grand Prix Title holder!

In a post-fight interview, DeVeer praised M. Bison for being a tough competitor and an excellent boxer. DeVeer said that he lost to Bison in their first fight because DeVeer took more damage than Bison and in the finals, Bison was the fresher fighter. DeVeer said he knew if he could enter fresh, he could beat Bison. DeVeer said he claimed to be Mr. S-1, and now with this title, he is able to back up that claim!

In the post event press conference, Stacey Malloy said she was pleased at the aesthetic provided by a different ring mat for KFS Shoot Fights and S-1. She said that while S-1 would remain a division within KFS, she wants to see S-1 as a separate brand, in the way WWE would present RAW and Smackdown as different brands. Unlike WWE though, KFS and S-1 would be equal, real and entertaining! She said that the format going forward would be to have S-1 and KFS Shoot fights as double-headers with a 1 hour intermission to allow for the ring change. Some events would see S-1 start off, while other events would see KFS start off. It would depend on which title was defended.

KFS/S-1 5 would be held at the USA Grand Dome and the main event would see Ernest Miller defend his title against an opponent to be determined later.

The MANUP Organization announced some roster changes. First, Takayama would be leaving DREAM and going to UWFi full time. Hercules Osaka would be leaving DREAM after DREAM 5 and would be heading to Battlarts full time. Minoru Suzuki would be leaving KFS and going to DREAM. Several new faces would be entering MANUP. Gigante Cesar would be joining DREAM. Terry "Dollar Bill" Irving and "Brawlin" Billy Malone would enter KFS' S-1 Division. Skippy Watson would be joining Legendary Wrestling and Red Plague would be joining Gruesome Fighting. As always, fighters in the MANUP system may appear in any event as long as it doesn't interfere with fighting in their home promotion.
