I'm halfway through Year 7. I really enjoy the mode but it's so (intentionally) light on story lines that I can't imagine there's any big finish. I've been the #1 promotion for about 2 years now but there isn't really any reward or story to go with it. The occasional "feuds" break out every few months but end as quickly as they start.
I don't think it's specifically programmed to end but I do wonder about one loophole.
What happens if every active wrestler on your save retires without you adding anyone new?
My guess would be that the mode could eventually end that way but it's all speculation.
