I'm surprised how quickly things moved this year with coaching hires. I guess none of the playoff teams have viable candidates or a team with an opening would wait for that candidate to finish its playoff run.

I know Chiefs OC Eric Bienemy interviewed with 5 of the 8 teams (including Cincinnati) but I don't know if there's any sincere interest there with him. Doug Pederson and Matt Nagy coached under Andy Reid immediately before assuming their current duties so there's probably an "idea" out there that Andy Reid OC's are a plus at the HC position (though it's obviously THEIR work that's helped their teams).
On a tangent, it's kind of interesting that Big Red has every Hall of Fame credential you could want in a Head Coach enshrine....except "that" one. Gods I hope that changes soon but I'm not holding my breath.

Bengals have not made a move yet with hiring a head coach because rumor has it they want Zac Taylor from the Rams. They may be waiting for a while yet.

I'm sorry if I'm off base here but I so rarely get to share positive news about the teams I follow.
The Kansas City Chiefs have just won their first home playoff game since January 8, 1994.
Joe Montana was QB, Marcus Allen was RB, Derrick Thomas was the best player on the team, and I was 9 years old.
It's only a "stepping stone" to potentially bigger things but I haven't been this happy as a Chiefs fan in a very long time.

It's a shame that it's going to be so cold outside because if the Chiefs win that game, I'm certain I'd be able to hear the roar from the stadium, even over the highway lol

Sorry, Hana, but toss out those rings and I have to say Drew Brees is the greatest quarterback of all time.
And this is coming from a Packers fan with 3 great quarterbacks on the team in their history, including their current one, who is now going downhill.
Brees should have had a ring last year if his teammate didn't decide to take a nap during the last play of the game.

Closest we've gotten during my 28 years of fandom and it's still not it.
I really hope that I'm done for good this time but I'll be missing it again by draft time.
It's the most fucked up thing. Weeks' worth of my life wasted on something that ALWAYS ends in heartbreak.
