So I have the game on PS4 but a good chunk of the edits I downloaded are blanked out and unable to use because I dont have any DLCs purchased.
I was wondering which DLC to buy so these edits become available to use.
I really don't want to pay more than €20, so any help would be appreciated :) Thanks

That's hard to say since most of the DLC's come with edit stuff. You could have edits made with parts and moves from several or even all of the DLC's that have parts and moves.

But what one would have the most parts?

They all come with a significant amount of parts in each of them; Some have well over 300 parts. We don't know what DLCs you would need. They could be using parts or moves literally *any* and/or *all* of the DLC. It's really a crapshoot.
If you're using mostly Male edits: It's most likely that the DLC you would need is the NJPW Junior and/or NJPW Expansion DLC featuring Jay White and a few others. The PS4 version of the game comes with the base NJPW DLC.
If you're using, or the edits are mostly Female, then it's more likely that they're using the STARDOM DLCs. Some creators use parts for both genders when making edits, which is why it's hard to recommend which to get.
You could also be missing the Takayama DLC, which isn't available in Europe.
You don't need to worry about the Fire Promoter DLC because that doesn't come with any new parts.

Hard to say, but if you’re hell bent on buying one, the first Stardom DLC opened up a lot of those grayed out wrestlers for me. Alternatively, you could always just choose to make a new wrestler edit, choose that wrestler that’s grayed our as the model wrestler, and change the move or part that you don’t have the dlc part for to something else.
I would wait for the next sale though. You usually don’t have to wait too long between sales with the DLC for this game.
