I'm re-doing the personality trait logic for all my edits. I think I have a good grasp on what each of them do, except Showmanship. I'm using this as a guide: criticalclub.com/thread/20/personality-logic-reduxThe problem is that I think some of the statements in the guide are conflicting: "One, as confirmed by Jason Blackhart, is that it determines how often a wrestler will opt to put the opponent into a corner or outside the ring when he is near the cornerpost or apron when doing an irish whip. The higher it is, the more that the wrestler will tend towards these flashy moves, and conversely, the lower the value, the more they'll keep the match in the middle of the ring when possible."
"Per Fire Prowrestling World's development chief, Toshiaki Tamura, the way in which Showmanship affects irish whips to the ringside area is like so: The lower the value, the earlier the wrestler will try to send his opponent outside."
Are these two explanations not conflicting? What kinds of wrestlers should have very low or very high Showmanship? Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, showmanship determines how often an edit will irish whip someone into the corner turnbuckles. The higher the percentage, more often they will send their opponents into the corner. I don't know if it affects anything else.

Should also affect how often they throw to the outside (as opposed to a regular whip). Obviously, even at 100%, they have to physically be in compatible locations to do this.
You'd want it higher for fliers (to set up dives and avalanche moves) as well as brawlers (to set up fighting on the floor and pounding in the corner). Straight-laced guys who just want to wrestle their opponent can be lower. I probably go between 50 and 100 for pro wrestlers.

Thanks for the quick replies. Should we attribute Toshiaki Tamura's quote as a misstatement or translation mistake?

That guide is from Returns, where I believe the values were flipped.
