Looks like it might be titled "AEW Revolution". On a podcast recorded before Dynamite hit, Cody mentioned a "game task force" consisting of him, Kenny and the VP of marketing. Cody also said the game would be "the game everyone wants", so we're either getting an AKI approximation or Cody's terrible at reading the room and we're getting a sequel to Thunder.

Holy shit, a sequel to Thunder... wait, doesn’t that title exist and isn’t it called WWE 2K20? PS: my buddy and I played thunder way back, we were stoked because of the size of the roster, unfortunately they were all pallet swaps, and we busted our asses to unlock everyone (imagine unlocking characters instead of paying EXTRA for them the day the game comes out?!?). We felt really good about our time investment when we finally unlocked Hoof Hearted... maybe that name should be WWE 2K20 tagline? PPS: there needs to be a Hoof Hearted FPW edit. |
