Hopefully the PS4 version of the patch will also include the increasing (or total removal) of the Edits limit that Matsumoto mentioned weeks ago in one of his tweets. That would be wonderful. As would upping or removing the 40 custom song cap.

A few comments:
- I hope that we don't completely lose the 4th attire slot to entrance wear. I'd rather have 3 attire + 1 entrance than 4 attires + 0 entrances BUT it would suck to actually lose a slot here. Granted, I actually often use the 4th attire specifically for entrance wear so it doesn't actually effect me. It's just the principle of losing something that annoys me.
I'd much rather see a "toggle" switch where a 4th attire can be used as in-match gear AND entrance gear or another slot entirely be added. A miraculous 5th. I mean, they added priority sequences, why not 1 extra attire? Why not 4? I would love having an entrance slot per attire (so we could pair robes with the corresponding gear) but I'd really settle for just one dedicated entrance slot in addition to the 4 that we have.
- So I'm a little fuzzy on this just cause there has been so much news. But did Spike specifically say we're getting back promotion logos AND that we'd be able to put them on attire? There's been so much discussion on the pack and this part got a little muddled to me.
- I hope the "create an entrance" allows us to use specific RGB customized colors as someone else noted.
- This is such a laughable pipe dream (and would likely break...i dunno, save slots or something) but I'd go nuts for the option to have an edit attacked during their entrance by their opponent.
- Since this topic is called "Entrance crafting" - does that mean we've moved on to pairing craft beers with sandwiches? π»π

My PSN wallet was empty after the Stardom DLC. I am not a hardcore gamer. On the PS4 I play Fire Pro and Star Wars Battlefront.
Upon hearing the news of upcoming DLC, I bought a $25 PSN card to load it up.
I am ready.

Sounds too backwards. But I was thinking, and this doesn't have anything to do with slots, that it'd be nice for the entrance slot to be something that would be superimposed over whatever attire you picked for a match, as if every part had an extra 9 layers or something. So if you made a whole costume out of it, they'd come out all covered up, but if you just put a vest on the dude, they'd come out in whatever attire + vest - I don't think we get to put our own logos on attires yet; that'd be a part crafting thing, probably. Someone else mentioned it'd most likely be just the logos of Spike's original promotions (that I guess appear in fire promoter or something?)

You can replace the team logo on nameplates with a custom image, similar to the way it's replaced with default NJPW edits. Otherwise, there's speculation that you may see Fire Promoter sponsor logos as additional shirt parts based on the demo video (edit has a pattern on the back that looks like a logo from Fire Promoter).

Otherwise, there's speculation that you may see Fire Promoter sponsor logos as additional shirt parts based on the demo video (edit has a pattern on the back that looks like a logo from Fire Promoter). Thanks! I understand now! π‘ I got confused between putting the logos on name plates vs. attire. I wonder if we'll have access to all of the Fire Promoter sponsor logos at first and if we'll need the Fire Promoter DLC (which I have) to use these patterns on attire or not, if we will be able to do that at all. I really don't think we'll be losing a slot. Sounds too backwards. So if you made a whole costume out of it, they'd come out all covered up, but if you just put a vest on the dude, they'd come out in whatever attire + vest OHHH!! That makes a ton of sense and would be a great way to handle this!! π Imagine then if they simple gave us 2-3 more "entrance" layers in addition to the 9 existing "in ring" ones. - I don't think we get to put our own logos on attires yet; that'd be a part crafting thing, probably. Someone else mentioned it'd most likely be just the logos of Spike's original promotions (that I guess appear in fire promoter or something?) Yeah, I think I understand that part now. The "part crafting" would be using our own customized graphics but that will likely be a different DLC.

Yeah, what I'd REALLY like to see them do would be like, have your entrance "attire" actually be a transparent base that goes OVER whatever attire you're using, so your entrance gear just works with any attire.
Memory-wise it shouldn't be an issue, since you can have eight entire guys at once, but only four people can enter as a team. You could essentially afford to have an "entrance guy" superimposed over each of them.
But I don't knkw if that's how theyre planning to do it.

Iβd be okay with losing an attire slot if thatβs how it worked, even if itβs still not ideal.

Considering it launches in a week and a half, we'll either get a second post on it sometime next week or we won't hear a word until release day on the 30th. Not too long a wait, though.
