so things are starting to get cluttered in my folders and at this point i wanna just do a fresh reinstall. i know how to back up the savegame and such, so i had one question about that: if i uninstall/reinstall the game with the same savegame file, am i still able to upload updates to my edits or do i have to reupload them after doing that? thanks in advance

As long as you keep your savegame file you should be good.

Yep, I had to reinstall the game after doing a clean Windows install. I had the old save backed up to an external HDD, and it worked fine once I got the game up and running.
