Yoshihiro Takayama DLC never came to EU stores. There are edits on FirePro-W that use his moves yet can’t be obviously used.
Was there ever a statement as to why not all DLC is available? Thanks
I have the deluxe version on PS4 here in the UK so all other DLC is available and downloaded without issue so it’s omission is quite odd.

I don't remember the reasoning, but perhaps you can buy the DLC independent of the DLC/Season Pass?
Perhaps it's a regional thing.
As far as I know Steam isn't region-locked - I know you're not on Steam; I'm stating it for clarity.

IIRC on PS4 the Takayama DLC doesn't mention Fire Pro anywhere, you have to search for Takayama specifically. He's not included in the Deluxe Edition or the Season Pass.

He is separate from the season pass as the proceeds from the dlc go at least in part to help him after his paralyzing injury.
I'm not in the EU or on PS4, so I can't vouch that that's the only reason you wouldn't have him, I just know that that dlc was always intended to be separate.

It simply isn’t on the EU store. No matter how I search it simply can’t be found.

I'm in the UK but imported Japanese and NA versions. To get the DLC I signed up for a US PSN account too. It was all good until I got locked out of my account...
