Reports surfaced of behind the scenes turmoil as the SWA takeover of HWA was being fought in the boardrooms and could end up in a courtroom.

*After the match Giant Rousseau was interviewed and was advised he was now being called "The King of Battle Royals." He smiled and said that beating more mean meant more money to enjoy fine French food and fine French wine. When asked why he used a technique that the Brass Sultan liked to call "Make You Humble," the Giant smiled, winked and said everybody needs to be humbled every now and then.

Before the event began, SWA TV commentators Johnny Redneck and Vance Kirkland Malloy stood in the ring with an unknown Japanese male. They had an announcement from the SWA Ownership Committee.

The month of June saw a tumultuous time behind the scenes as the HWA were facing financial difficulty, the SWA wanted to buy them out, but one voice on the HWA Board refused, citing predatory practices by the SWA. It looked like there could be litigation, however, deals were reached that would allow the HWA to continue operations as well as set boundaries and create an atmosphere were promoters could make money, wrestlers could earn money in a stable atmosphere, and fans can enjoy diverse styles of athletic competitions.

The SWA- Spike Wrestling Association and HWA- Human Wrestling Alliance reached an arrangement in which they would not be in competition, nor would they be co-operative. They would set up their own territories in which each would present their own vision of what the sport of professional wrestling should look like. The SWA would make it's home arena the Big Garden Arena and it's territory would be the Western U.S. and Mexico. The SWA would cooperate in sharing BGA with Gruesome Fighting, making sure no dates would be in conflict.

The SWA would present a weekly event at Arena de Universo in Mexico called "Mega Viernes." SWA would also have a weekly Saturday event. The SWA would focus on lucha libre, death match and a American style of pro wrestling. They would also be featured on Regional TV in the Western US and Nationally in Mexico.

SWA also had sponsorship deals with LIT Cola, Thick Rick, Monster Gains, Jumbo Mart, Mascara Dorada, Steak Kingdom Meat Gulf, Don Trompeta and Prince Pepperoni. Mega Viernes would be sponsored by Cemento Fortaleza, Corona and Roshfrans.

The HWA would be based in the Southeast US with the SCS Stadium as it's home arena. HWA would have Sat. Nite Dojo Fites from the HWA Dojo and Sunday Matinee at SCS. HWA would focus on catch, shoot and strong styles. Sponsors include Inspiration Sportswear, DA-N-SHI Underwear Manufacturer, 1-min-parking dot com, and Zan Tourist Travel. HWA would also be featured on local TV, but in a surprise, they would be featured on NJPW World!

Vance Kirkland Malloy and Johnny Redneck introuced the Japanese male as Nibohiko Asato, Japanese billionaire who was head of the Asato Super Conglomerate. he said that he would be sponsoring a number of Japanese wrestlers to live in the US so they could wrestle freely for the HWA. Also, contracts were negotiated so that the wrestlers would be in the league that best fit their style. HWA was also happy to announce that the legendary Karl Gotch had joined their ranks!

Music hit and Slick Dick Slender came out with the SWA title. He got in the ring and congratulated Asato. He congratulated the HWA but then told Asato to get out of his ring! He aid this was the SWA and while he was glad the HWA and SWA weren't going to bicker like children, this ring was where battles are fought between warriors, and there was no room for politics. He said that tonight the SWA Title would be put on the line between Slick Dick and Bobby Bobby. Slick Dick said that Bobby Bobby was going to go down. Slick Dick said that he was strutting in the Champ, he would be strutting out the champ. Vance and Johnny Redneck thanked the fans and told them it was time to start the action!

8. SWA Heavyweight Title: Champion- "Slick" Dick Slender defeated Bobby Bobby at 33:29 by Ring Out. The match was going back and forth with Slender wrestling a methodical stye focusing on the leg. He and Bobby Bobby were brawling outside when Dick applied the Figure Four Leg Lock. Bobby Bobby appeared injured and couldn't get back in the ring, thus allowing Slender to retain by Count Out. Bobby Bobby had to be carried out on a stretcher. Slender held the title and got on the mic. He said that while he appreciated any cheers from the fans, he wasn't there to put on a show or be a role model. He was there to fight for the richest prize in sports. He said the SWA title meant more to him than anything else and he would keep the title by any means necessary.

Due to the delay in updates, not every match of every show will be noted, but major results will be summarized.

There was shock at Sam Fransisco's performance. His flamboyant exterior hid a dangerous nature. Taguchi was all business and won many matches with a Leg Hook Cross Kneebreaker. The Young Lions Narita and Umino surprised many fans. One of Umino's upsets included a win over Will Ospreay. Shingo Takagi was rumored to have been injured in the first match, explaining his poor performance. Osamu Ishikawa defeated Taguchi and YOH to solidify the tie for Block B.
