The event was hyped by featuring 8 matches, all of them title matches. The IWGP Heavyweight Title match was the one that fans were anticipating.

On Apr. 18, 2019, after Minoru Suzuki defeated Kazuchika Oakada, Suzuki-gun were carrying out their normal method of continuing the assault on a beaten Okada. Not even the intervention of Chaos was enough as Suzuki-gun held the ring and dumped Okada to the floor. As Chaos were taking Okada o the back, Suzuki got on the microphone and started berating not only Okada and Chaos, but all of New Japan as well. He was interrupted by blaring music. It tuned out to be "Subconscious." The fans were in disbelief as Shinsuke Nakamura appeared on the stage! He said that the King has returned. He then immediately challenged Suzuki who accepted without hesitation. In the following weeks, Nakamura has made it clear that he is not returning to Chaos, but he would be his one man. Suzuki has vowed to send the clown back to his wrestling circus.

The man event was turned into a handicap match early when Silverscreen took Son of Maskman out of commission less than 5 minutes in with a Piledriver. St. Maskman put up a valiant fight and had the crowd on his side, but he evetually fell victim to the 2 on 1 assault. Sam Francisco put the match away with a Butt Buster (Full Nelson Bomb). The fans were furious as Sam and Silverscreen played up their flamboyant antics post match. In post match comments Silverscreen commented that Hollywood Perversion had come to Mexico and no one could stop them.
