For Carl Burns I used "Honno No Fighter" aka "Inoki Boom-Ba-Ye." For the Electric Joy Boy I used Raven's WCW Theme. For Goro Fujimoto I used "Praise The War Machine" by Zao and for Billy Bob Hearthrob I used "Green front Boogie."
The video is crappy but the game is great.
