Jenkins vs. Newton has concluded. I ran the stream optimizer, and didn’t realize my video quality wasn’t as good as before. Honestly, it kind of gives it that low rent feel that I’ve been going for, but I’ll probably fix it before the next show. Results are below. Replay: youtu.be/h4cyTtti_fUPCP: Jenkins vs. Newton Results
Nick Hetfield vs. Robbie Roberts (Golden Touch Promotions) Winner @ 9:30 – Nick Hetfield
Hetfield was relentless and got the early victory.
Justin Loomis vs. David Quinn Winner @ 15:46
Quinn’s unusual style was on display early, but Loomis seemed unfazed, answering with punches in bunches. It turned into a competitive bout and just as it was getting really good, Quinn won with a backslide.
“Gambler” Gorham vs. Big Bama Ray Winner @ 16:45 – Big Bama Ray
Ray went right after the owner, but Gorham avoided heavy damage. Gorham stuck and moved, trying to get quick pinfalls and submissions. A few momentum swings later, Ray hit the spinning bama bomb for the win. After the match Ray shook the owner’s hand and gave a nod of respect.
Cade Wageman Promo
"I know you all missed me, and you know… I almost missed all of you too. I should be getting ready to win some gold next week, but I’m home earlier than I intended. I know all the wrestlers in PCP are scared to have me back, but at least they will get in the ring to face me...unlike another organization."
"I recently went over to the west coast to enter Warrior Pro’s “Gorilla Memorial Tournament,” but didn’t have a match with anyone from Warrior Pro. Instead, I was paired against Kyle Anderson from Phoenix Rising. The unexpected opponent along with many other factors kept me from being at my best, and I was eliminated."
"With that said, even in the state I was in, I know I would have won against someone from Warrior Pro. Seeing Kyle Anderson beat Rampage Hunter in the second round, only reaffirmed that. Rampage if I faced you in the first round I would have dominated and won. Just like last year when my LSU Tigers beat your Georgia Bulldogs." |smarmy laughter|
"Anyway, enough of that. I’m back in PCP and big things are coming soon. So, everyone ready for tonight’s main event? I know I am, because Tiger Newton is walking out of here as your new PCP Heavyweight Champion. The deal is done. Top sales out."
6-Man Tornado Tag Sheriff’s Department & Kenny Bread vs. Monster Gains Winners @ 17:44 – Monster Gains
After all the months of drama, Jimmy Barrett gives the fans another reason to detest him after pinning young Kenny Bread.
PCP Heavyweight Championship (c) Darryl Jenkins vs. Tiger Newton Winners @ 15:14 – Darryl Jenkins
Newton was clearly the faster man, hitting some nice dropkicks, then taunting his opponent. Jenkins was patient and picked his shots. A strategy that paid off for the champ, as he was able to land a barrage of punches to retain his championship.

Exiting Pioneer Hall, Rampage Hunter was asked by a reporter about comments Cade Wageman made during last nights PCP show. Rampage had this to say...

Was sad I missed this, but at least the replay was up: Robbie Roberts doing me proud by losing properly, heh. Salty Wagerman is the best Wagerman, was happy Big Bama Ray got a win, saddened the Hoss Macks didn't get theirs, though. Overall, a fun show.

Thanks gambler! I feel bad running Thursdays with so many other streams/programs on, but it's really the only night I can fit into my schedule. Especially with all the great pro wrestling to watch now

To expand on this, I’d like to run different multi-man matches at the December and January events. It might be a long shot but I’d like to have eight total “college football” edits. This is an invitation to anyone from the C!C community. These matches aren’t meant to have any high stakes, just a way to have some fun, and the winners can have “bragging rights”. If you want to submit someone, please post in this thread or message me. Requirements: - Played football at the college they are representing. -College must be NCAA Division 1. (Conference and ranking of team aren’t important. For ex. Hoss Mack Jr. played at The University of South Alabama, who are a part of the Sun Belt Conference. Underdog schools are welcome) - Must have attire that represents the college they attended, or are currently attending. (This isn’t too strict, can be a shirt or full wrestling gear with school colors, just something representing the school.) Confirmed wrestlers: 1. Alabama - Big Bama Ray 2. Auburn - Tiger Newton 3. LSU - Cade Wageman 4. Georgia - Rampage Hunter (LankyLefty17) 5. Tennesse - Toby Tron (faulknasty) 6. U of Miami - "Freight Train" Frank McMichaelson (Senator Phillips) 7. 8. Stand by: Hoss Mack Jr. P.S. If anyone has an edit that is ready before the November 14th event, I can slot them in a “football” match for that show.

This'd be a natural for Freight Train McMichaelson, who was a standout for University of Miami before he became a minor Chicago Bears legend.(mostly for the wrong reasons, after his first season) The only problem is that he only has Bears themed attires, but I'll see what I can do about converting one of those.

Freight Train would be a good fit! Though, I can see the dilemma on the attire. Those Bears uniforms are awesome, and I'd hate to see one sacrificed. Either way if a spot needs filled, it won't be an issue, haha.

I just adapted Freight Train's 4th attire to a U of Miami shirt, as it was the one non uniform attire of his, and I think it works.
