In a parking lot outside of an old rundown warehouse, Port City Pro is holding a press conference. All eight competitors for this Tuesday’s Battle of Mobile Bay tournament sit at a long table, facing a few reporters, and about a hundred Big Bama Ray fans. [WARNING: wall of text below] Jeff Gorham: As the owner of Port City Pro I want to say thank you for attending today. Before we get to question’s I would like to announce that the building behind me is the new base of operations for PCP. We’re going to a have a ring that’s available to all PCP talents for training, and my office will be setup here as well. I want to be accessible to all the wrestlers and staff. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll start a school. With that said let’s get to the questions.
Reporter: Mr. Gorham why are you starting a wrestling promotion, and how are you able to fund it yourself?
Gorham: Wasting no time asking the hard-hitting questions I see. I’ve always dabbled in pro wrestling, but it was hard to get work in this area. The scene was on life support for years before it eventually just went away. I want Alabama’s Gulf Coast to have wrestling again. As far as how I’m funding it, well they call me “Gambler” for a reason.
Reporter: You announced all the first-round matchups for this Tuesday, and some people have been questioning your match against Kenny Bread. What do you say to those people?
Gorham: I say that those same people wish they had the opportunity Kenny Bread is getting. When he delivered a pizza to my house something told me this kid is a future star, and I offered to change his life. As far as us facing each other in the first-round, well at worst he’s going to get a great wrestling lesson, or he could pull off the ultimate underdog story.
Big Bama Ray: (deep voice with a heavy southern accent) Or you just want an easy path to the next round
Gorham: We’re all free to our interpretations Ray, but I’m offering an opportunity. Next question.
Reporter: Kenny Bread, do you have any wrestling experience?
Kenny Bread: (very nervous with a quiet voice) Um…I like wrestling…um…my mom said…um...that my dad liked…um…wrestling.
Reporter: Hoss Mack you’re the sheriff, why are you coming out of retirement to face, Cade Wageman, an athlete in his prime. What made you want to come out of retirement? Will it interfere with your job as Sheriff and don’t you think that Wageman might be too big of a task for your first match back?
Hoss Mack: (southern accent) When I heard about this promotion being started, it sparked something inside me that I hadn’t felt in a long time. I love professional wrestling, always have, but when my son was born, I needed to make a living that wrestling couldn’t offer. Now that my son is grown, I want to show him what his dad did before he was born. In no way will it interfere will my position as Sheriff. As far as the match goes, look I used to be one of the best around, so I need to wrestle the best to see where I’m at today. I look forward to facing Mr. Wageman.
Cade Wageman: That’s a real nice story you got there. Doesn’t matter though. You’re up against the best. The best wrestler, the best body, the best mind, the best looking, best everything. I almost feel sorry for you, but who has time for that. Let’s set one thing straight, I’m the star of PCP, nobody else. Before you know it, I’ll be champion and the highest paid wrestler, because that’s what I do everywhere I go.
Reporter: The fans are anticipating some stand up exchanges when Justin Loomis faces Darryl Jenkins. Do the competitors have anything to say about the match?
Loomis: I look forward to the challenge. Testing one’s art against a different art leads to growth as a human. Win or loses I will be better for the experience.
Jenkins: All I know is I gotta knock him out before he knocks me out.
Reporter: There’s a possibility that the winner of this match will face a teammate. Loomis against Hetfield, and Jenkins against Big Bama Ray. This is for all four of you, what are your thoughts on potentially facing a friend in the second round?
Loomis: Another challenge I look forward to. We still play in a band together.
Nick Hetfield: Agreed. Same plan as always for me. Powerbomb.
Jenkins: If I meet Ray in the second-round I know we’re gonna give our best and tear the house down. Winner buys beer for the night.
BBR: Roll tide to that
(crowd starts hootin and hollerin)
Reporter: Big Bama Ray, you’re a celebrity in the state of Alabama, why are you getting into wrestling?
BBR: I’ve been missing athletics since my days at the University of Alabama
Random people in the Crowd: Roll tide!
BBR: (chuckling) That’s right. This gives me a chance to compete in a sport, and still be a role model in the community. Two things I love doing.
Hetfield: THAT’S ENOUGH. Listen up rookie, you think your shit don’t stink? Well I got news for you…it stinks! It stinks like shit! Oh, that’s it I’m kicking your ass right now. (Hetfield gets out of his seat, but Justin Loomis is holding him back)
Gorham: Well I think that’s enough for today. We hope you join us this Tuesday 8pm (CT) for The Battle of Mobile Bay

The Battle of Mobile Bay has concluded, and it wasn’t short on surprises. Replay and results below. youtu.be/oh35nVzocX8 B.O.M.B. 1st Round
“The Gambler” Jeff Gorham vs. “Whole Wheat” Kenny Bread Winner @ 23:21 – Kenny Bread Bread wasted no time showing he belonged, and seemed to throw Gorham off his game. They proceeded to go back and forth for over twenty minutes. Eventually, in what can only be described as an upset, Kenny Bread kicked his way into the next round with some Wheat Chin Music.
Sheriff Hoss Mack vs. Cade Wageman Winner @ 18:18 – Cade Wageman In another surprisingly even match up, the sheriff showed he can still go, but just fell short. Wageman hit a full nelson buster to advance.
“Hurricane” Darryl Jenkins vs. “Shredder” Justin Loomis Winner @ 11:21 – Darryl Jenkins Loomis was doing a good job avoiding strikes, but Jenkins finally got a hold of him and landed a barrage of punches from behind. Loomis, with a broken nose, engaged in one final strike exchange before the pain was too much to continue.
“The Phantom Lord” Nick Hetfield vs. Big Bama Ray Winner @ 08:18 – Nick Hetfield After what happened at the press conference these two went right at each other. At the five minute mark, Big Bama started turning up the heat, and almost got a pinfall. In what would be his undoing, Bama suplexed Hetfield out of the ring, and took the fight outside. Hetfield turned the momentum by hitting a bodyslam, then got in the ring just as the referee finished counting. After the match Hetfield taunted a visibly upset Big Bama Ray.
B.O.M.B. 2nd Round
“Whole Wheat” Kenny Bread vs. Cade Wageman Winner @ 5:46 – Kenny Bread After one big upset victory earlier there’s no way Kenny Bread can do it again right? Not only did he win, he knocked Wageman out cold with Wheat Chin Music, forcing a stoppage from the official. Bread goes from delivering pizza a few weeks ago to making it into the finals, and possibly becoming champion. Unreal
“Hurricane” Darryl Jenkins vs. “The Phantom Lord” Nick Hetfield Winner @ 10:11 – Darryl Jenkins Hetfield was extra pissed off since Jenkins broke his friend’s nose earlier. He hit Whiplash twice, but Jenkins kicked out. After a Hurricane Punch connected flush, Jenkins got the pin and advanced to the finals.
Tag Team Match The Quinn Brothers(Alfred & Trevor) vs. Monster Gains (Jimmy Barrett & Roger Ratchford) Winners @ 17:32 – The Quinn Brothers The Quinn brothers showed why they’re tag team specialist. They cut off the ring, and prevented their opponents from gaining any momentum. Trevor hit Ratchford with the Down-N-Out to get the pinfall.
B.O.M.B. Finals & PCP Heavyweight Championship “Whole Wheat” Kenny Bread vs. “Hurricane” Darryl Jenkins Winner @ 15:56 – Darryl Jenkins Jenkins came out the gate landing some hard punches, but Bread survived. The beating continued, but Bread still survived by kicking out of two Hurricane Punches. Around the eight minute mark Bread got into the fight somehow, and almost won with a roll up. Jenkins came back strong and a final Hurricane Punch got the pinfall.
Injuries: Justin Loomis appears to have a broken nose. He’s required to take the rest of the month off, but should be back for the next show. Cade Wageman appears to be fine, and is cleared for action.
Thoughts: Bread making the finals, and how he did it was unexpected, proving that he’s not a gimme match for anyone. Darryl Jenkins was a man on mission, and wasn’t going to be stopped by anyone on this night. He beat three opponents who came to fight, and became the face of PCP. Can he become the ace? I don’t know, but he’s off to a good start.

Darryl Jenkins was standing outside the PCP training center taking a break from his workout, when a seemingly hungover Jeff Gorham arrived to the building. Gorham was walking with his head low not really paying attention to his surroundings.
Darryl Jenkins: What up
Jeff Gorham: Huh?...(lifts head) Oh, hey champ
Jenkins: You alright? Taking that loss to the kid hard I see
Gorham: (cracking a smile) Yeah I’m good, just had a few long nights at the tables. Besides the kid earned it, and he almost beat you too
Jenkins: The kid’s tough but it’s gonna take more than some roll-up pin to put me down. Anyway whens our next event and who am I defending this championship against
Gorham: Next event is...
Big Bama Ray walks outside.
BBR: Glad you made it in today...boss. I’ve been trying to talk to you since the last event, but you a hard man to get a hold of. Look I want Hetfield, we got business that needs settlin
Gorham: Before I start making matches I need to get a workout in, and clear my head. Meet in my office in two hours
During Gorham’s workout he is approached by Kenny Bread.
Bread: Um...sorry to interrupt sir, but um… are you mad at me? Can I still wrestle here?
Gorham: Kenny I’ll admit that I didn’t expect to lose to you, but I’m not mad at you and of course you can still wrestle here. As a matter of fact, after your performance at the last event I’m putting you in a number one contender’s match
Bread: Thanks sir! Holy cow being a wrestler is awesome!
Gorham: Nice enthusiasm kid. You’re going to need that to make it as a wrestler, because it won’t always be “awesome” You’ve shown that you’re tough, but some people think you just got lucky. I don’t believe that, but its not an easy road. You have potential, but you have to put in the work to reach that potential
Bread: Um...yes sir um…thanks
After Gorham’s workout he walks into his office and sees Darryl Jenkins and Big Bama Ray waiting for him.
BBR: You giving me the match with Hetfield?
Jenkins: Who am I defending against?
Gorham: Okay here’s what we’re doing. Jenkins you broke the nose of Justin Loomis, even though he seems to not be holding a grudge I want him to have a chance at redemption. Big Bama Ray you want redemption against Hetfied, so we’re going to have a tag match. You two versus two thirds of Binge & Purge
Jenkins: Look I’d love to tag with Ray, especially if it was for some belts, but I’m the heavyweight champion, and I want to start creating a legacy by defending that title
BBR: Yeah no need for a tag match right now
Gorham: I’ve made my decision, on July 2nd it’ll be Darryl Jenkins & Big Bama Ray vs. Justin Loomis & Nick Hetfield. Now gentleman if you’ll please excuse me, I have some money to go win.
Jenkins & Ray walk out of Gorham’s office
Jenkins: Man I can’t believe I gotta wait so long to defend the title...whatever let’s get focused on this tag match
BBR: I hear ya. What you think about having a name for our team? Something like Alabama Express? You know cause we’re both from the state and we can run though opponents like an express.
Jenkins: Uh sure. Doesn’t matter what we call it we’re gonna be tough for any team to stop.

PCP News & Notes Cade Wageman talked his way into a rematch with Kenny Bread. Initially PCP owner, Jeff Gorham, was reluctant to the idea, but Wageman was persistent and wore the owner down. It only took five hours but Wageman got his rematch and a chance to become #1 contender for the PCP Heavyweight Championship “Gambler” Gorham vs. Alfred Quinn and Roger Ratchford vs. Trevor Quinn are set to take place at the next event. Ratchford is looking to even the score after taking a pinfall from Trevor Quinn in a tag match at the previous event. Hoss Mack met with PCP Owner, Jeff Gorham, to discuss retirement. An agreement was made that would see Mack transition to an agent role backstage, and as a way to keep the roster from depleting, Mack revealed he’s been training his son to wrestle. Hoss Mack Jr. will join the roster. When Jimmy Barrett heard about Hoss Mack’s retirement he became enraged and called a meeting with Gorham and Sheriff Mack. Gorham: Alright Jimmy, why have you called us here?
Barrett: Look here babydoll, I been running the gains trains for over twenty years, and I was on top most of those years. See here’s the problem baby, Hoss you already retired once before, and you left just as I became the man of the territory. Now you think you can come out of retirement, get a spot in the Battle of Mobile Bay tournament, lose... get your son hired, then retire again? Just because you’re the Sheriff? We all know you’re duckin me Hoss
Gorham: Well M…
Barrett: I ain’t done yet boss. You need to treat a veteran like me with some respect. I carried this territory while you was picking your nose on the playground. Alright now I’m finished saying what I got to say
Goham: Well Mr. Barrett, I agree that you deserve respect, but I’m not sure how we fix this situation. I would put you two in a one on one against each other, but Mr. Mack has retired.
Sheriff: You know, I think retirement can wait a little longer.
Gambler: Well we got ourselves a match
Barrett: Hold on now, there you go again thinkin cause you’re the law you can just do what you want. I’m a tag team wrestler now baby, and my partner is already in a match against one of them dumb Quinn brothers. So if you can just get your son a job, why can’t I get my son one? You remember my son Sheriff?
Sheriff: I’m well aware off your son and his reputation. You know that Jimmy.
Barrett: Yeah you know em alright. So what you say boss, me and my son against the sheriff and his little deputy?
Gambler: Sheriff?
Sheriff: Book it! The card for the next event(currently without a name) is set. Match previews will be out some time next week Newest Roster Members: "The Undersheriff" Hoss Mack Jr. James Barrett

I meant to have this up earlier, but things got really busy for me this past week. Port City Pro: Freedom Bash ‘19 June 2nd @ 8pm (CT) www.twitch.tv/gamblerpcpMain Event Tag Match Binge & Purge (Justin Loomis & Nick Hetfield) vs. The Alabama Express (Darryl Jenkins & Big Bama Ray) PCP Heavyweight Champion, Darryl Jenkins, is in action for the first time since winning the title, teaming with Big Bama Ray to take on two thirds of Binge & Purge. Ray is looking to get his hands on Hetfiled after losing by count out in last months event, and Hetfield taking the opportunity to gloat every chance he could. Loomis is returning after receiving a broken nose from Jenkins, and will get a chance at redemption. #1 Contender’s Match “Whole Wheat” Kenny Bread vs. Cade Wageman Bread had been awarded a chance to become number one contender after surprising everyone by making it to the finals of the Battle of Mobile Bay Tournament. He will face Cade Wageman, a man he beat by KO in the 2nd round of that tournament. Wageman was beyond embarrassed and hassled his way into a rematch with Bread. Tag Team Match Sheriff’s Department (Hoss Mack & Jr.) vs. Monster Gains (Jimmy & James Barrett) We have two father/son tag teams going against each other, with the debuts of Hoss Mack Jr. & James Barrett. Jimmy Barrett believed he should have been given the opportunities that Hoss Mack received. Mack was all set to retire with his son replacing him on the roster, this was the final straw for Barrett. After a meeting with the owner of PCP and Mack, Barrett was able to get his son hired and a tag match was set. Singles Match “Locked-In” Trevor Quinn vs. Roger Ratchford Ratchford gets a chance to even the score after losing in a tag match to Trevor Quinn. Singles Match “Gambler” Jeff Gorham vs. “Cold Shot” Alfred Quinn These two were left without a match, so Quinn approached Gorham and they agreed to it. Alfred Quinn mentored Gorham for a brief period early in Gorham’s career. Quinn has been in the business for a long time, and has mentored many wrestlers, so he doesn’t remember helping Gorham. “Gambler” Gorham never forgot and that’s why he hired the Quinn Brother’s before having a full tag team division. Notes After losing at last month’s event, Jimmy Barrett & Roger Ratchford have been in the gym as much as possible. While getting back in prime condition may be impossible, it won’t be from lack of trying. Attire Updates Jimmy Barrett Roger Ratchford Hoss Mack

Finally getting around to posting last weeks results. I really enjoyed this event and how it’s going to shape next month’s card. Thanks to anyone who watches/keeps up with this fictional wrasslin’ fed. I was able to take my mind off of some things during that hour, and it really helped to clear my head going forward. Now that I’m caught up on everything, I’m spending most of today watching other feds to catch what I missed. Port City Pro: Freedom Bash ‘19 Results
“Gambler” Jeff Gorham vs. “Cold Shot” Alfred Quinn Winner @ 21:13 – Jeff Gorham This was a fight, and it had no shortage of punches and headbutts. Alfred survived a facebuster on the floor, and Gorham no sold multiple stunners. A little after the twenty minute mark Gorham hit The River DDT to get the pinfall in an excellent opener.
“Locked-In” Trevor Quinn vs. Roger Ratchford Winner @ 17:24 – Trevor Quinn This was an evenly contested back & forth match, and just when it looked like Ratchford was pulling ahead, he gassed out. It appeared Ratchford was getting his wind back, then Quinn hit the Faceplant Headbutt to get the pinfall. For the second time, Ratchford loses to Trevor Quinn.
Sheriff’s Department (Hoss Mack Sr. & Jr.) vs. Monster Gains (Jimmy & James Barrett) Winners @ 28:28 – Sheriff’s Department Family pride was on the line for this match as we saw the PCP debuts for Hoss Jr. and James Barrett. The two sons started the match, and Hoss Jr. wasted no time kicking the younger Barrett over the top rope in fifteen seconds. Both teams displayed their natural chemistry for almost thirty minutes. Near the end the two sons tagged out to their fathers, and all four men had one final face-off before meeting in the middle of the ring. During the melee, Hoss Sr. hit a tights piledriver on the older Barrett to get the pinfall.
Number One Contender’s Match Kenny Bread vs. Cade Wageman Winner @ 14:41 – Cade Wageman Bread knocked out Wageman in their previous outing, and it seems it could have been a fluke. Bread wasn’t able to do much in this match. Any attempts to build momentum were quickly cut off by Wageman. Around the fifteen minute mark, Wageman hit The Closer to get the pinfall. Bread is now 2-2 after an unbelievable run in the B.O.M.B. tournament. The result of his next match is crucial. Wageman sets himself up for a PCP Heavyweight Championship match against Darryl Jenkins.
Main Event Binge & Purge (J. Loomis & N. Hetfield) vs. Alabama Express (Darryl Jenkins & Big Bama Ray) Winners @ 23:27 – Alabama Express These four men wasted no time showing why they’re in the main event spot. This was heavy-hitting from the start and seemed to go to another level around the ten minute mark. BBR hit Hefield with multiple Dr. Bombs before securing the pinfall.
Next event is August 6th, and will headlined by Darryl Jenkins vs. Cade Wageman

PCP: Jenkins vs. Wageman Promos
Jenkins vs. Wageman Cade Wageman: Your uncrowned champion is one step away from righting all the wrongs that have taken place in PCP. I took care of that pip squeak Kenny Bread, and proved he had a lucky night the first time. Now I get the title shot that should have been mine to begin with. Jenkins, enjoy your last days with that championship, because you’re going to end up as nothing more than a footnote in PCP’s history. The deal is done.
Darryl Jenkins: Wageman...You can’t change what’s already happened. Here’s how it gonna go: Hurricane Punch, lights out, and still… (points at championship then raises both arms)
Big Bama Ray vs. Hetfield Big Bama Ray: There’s nowhere to run and there’s nowhere to hide, and when you wake up all you’re gonna hear is roll tide!
Nick Hetfield: Roll tide! Roll tide! I’m sick of this roll tide crap. You’re just a big goof, and you don’t belong here. Big Bama Ray I’m going to show everyone that you can’t cut it in wrestling, just like you couldn’t cut it in football.
Jimmy Barrett vs. Hoss Mack Sr. Jimmy Barrett: Baby doll, this is it. Over twenty years in the making. The first ever one on one match between Hoss Mack and yours truly, and baby the air is electric. You walk around here actin like you’re Andy Griffith, but we ain’t in Mayberry sidewinder, and that little pinfall you got on me doesn’t count, it was a tag match baby. All this junk about quitting because of your family is manure. You knew you couldn’t beat me, so you ran away and used your family as an excuse. I had a son too Mack, but I didn’t quit, I BECAME THE BEST WRESTLER ON THE GULF COAST. AND AFTER I BEAT YOU I’M GOING TO RECLAIM MY TOP SPOT BABY DOLL!
Hoss Mack Sr: You’ve been running your mouth a lot lately, and I stayed quiet because I knew my actions would do the talking for me. I pinned you in a tag match, and you’re still talking. You keep saying that I’m using my family as excuse for retiring, and I’m tired of it. I didn’t want to get personal but you took it there. All you have to do is take a look at your own son to see why I quit when I did. Young James has been in and out of jail since his teenage days, and my son just graduated from college. It was never about avoiding you, if you were better than me I could live with that. What I couldn’t live with is knowing I didn’t do my best as a father, so I walked away. On August 6th we’re gonna find out who the better competitor is, but you’ll never be the father that I am.

I’m going to move this event to tomorrow during the day. Props to everyone who's found a balance between real life and fire pro life. I’m still figuring it out
Port City Pro: Jenkins vs. Wageman August 7th @ 3pm CT
PCP Heavyweight Championship Match Darryl Jenkins (c) vs. Cade Wageman
Darryl Jenkins has his first defense for the title he captured in a one night tournament. Cade Wageman rebounded from an embarrassing KO loss to Kenny Bread, by winning a rematch and securing a title shot in the process. These are two athletes at the top of their game with the biggest prize on the line.
Big Bama Ray vs. Nick Hetfield II
This rematch from PCP’s first event is filled with animosity. Hetfield won the first encounter by a countout victory, leaving the fans unsatisfied. The next month, BBR pinned Hetfield in a tag team main event, evening the score...sorta. Will this match have a definitive ending? Or will we these two stay attached at hip going forward?
Jimmy Barrett vs. Hoss Mack Sr.
This is the battle of what could have been. Both these men started wrestling around the same time, and it seemed their paths were destined to cross. Just when it seemed that Hoss was becoming the number one guy, his son was born. He retired from wrestling and got into law enforcement, eventually becoming the current Sheriff. Soon after Mack’s retirement, Jimmy Barrett reached the number one spot, and held it for a long period. After the start of PCP, Barrett was insulted that Mack was getting some big opportunities, even though Barrett claimed to be a tag wrestler. Instead of having a singles match, Barrett came up with a convoluted father/son tag match scenario. After taking the pinfall from Hoss Sr. in that match, Barrett finally agreed to a singles match, and is looking to pick up his first win in PCP.
The Quinn Brothers (Trevor & Alfred) vs. Binge & Purge (Gorham & Loomis)
Gorham defeated Alfred last month in a hard hitting match. Trevor Quinn hasn’t lost in a singles or tag match, and Loomis is still trying to pick up a win after having his nose broken two months ago.
Hoss Mack Jr. vs. James Barrett
These two were hired because of their dads, and both look to have main event potential, like their fathers did. This will be both men’s first singles match, and the winner could be in the title picture sooner than later.
Kenny Bread vs. Roger Ratchford
Both men need a win badly, but for different reasons. Ratchford hasn’t won a match in PCP, much like his tag partner, and the hope of having another “run” could be gone. Bread started out hot with two shocking victories, and almost winning the tournament final against, PCP Champ, Darryl Jenkins. Last month he lost a one sided rematch against Cade Wageman, and now his record stands at 2-2. Was the first night beginner’s luck? Does Kenny Bead have what it takes to be a wrestler?

PCP: Jenkins vs. Wageman is in the books, and the replay is posted. Did Jenkins retain? Or did Wageman dethrone the king? PCP: Jenkins vs. Wageman Results Kenny Bread vs. Roger RatchfordWinner @ 20:51 – Roger Ratchford A competitive match with both men desperate to pick up a win. Ratchford picked up his first victory with the Ratch Kick. Kenny Bread’s losing streak continues. Hoss Mack Jr. vs. James BarrettWinner @ 14:49 – Hoss Mack Jr. It was a hard hitting match in the battle of the sons. Mack Jr. seemed to be a step ahead, and secured the pin with a brainbuster, giving the Mack family some momentum. The Quinn Brothers (Trevor & Alfred) vs. Binge & Purge (Gorham & Loomis)Winners @ 19:55 – Binge & Purge This was an excellent tag match that saw both teams using the ring to their advantage. After getting kneed in the face multiple times, Trevor Quinn took first his loss in PCP, and Loomis picked up his first win. Jimmy Barrett vs. Hoss Mack Sr.Winner @ 23:03 – Jimmy Barrett This was an old timer slug fest. Although they seemed to be in slow motion at times, both men reached deep into the bag of veteran tricks and pulled off a damn good match that lived up to the hype. It took two Barrett Bombs to put Mack away. No Disqualification Match Big Bama Ray vs. Nick HetfieldWinner @ 15:42 – Big Bama Ray BBR wasted no time almost ending the match early multiple times, but Hetfield wouldn’t stay down. Just when it seemed Hetfield couldn’t take anymore, a man in a tiger mask wearing Auburn colors appeared. The mysterious man in the mask attacked BBR. Just when it seemed that the masked man and Hetfield were in cahoots, the masked man left Hetfield to fend for himself. At this point it became an even match up, but BBR wouldn’t be denied. He got the pin with a spinning Bama Bomb. Post MatchBBR posed for the fans that paid their hard earned money, then went to the backstage area with a look that would intimidate almost anyone. He saw PCP owner, Jeff Gorham, informing the competitors for tonight’s main event that their title match is now a no disqualification match. BBR immediately approached the owner.
BBR: What the hell is going on around here?
Gorham: Look Ray I didn’t know he was going to do that
BBR: Just who the hell is he?
Gorham: He’s the newest member of the Port City Pro roster, but I swear I didn’t know he was going to interfere in your match
BBR: Oh is that right? He just happens to make an appearance while I’m beating the brakes off your boy, and you know nothing about it? I ain’t buying it
Gorham: I don’t what else to to tell you right now, but that’s the truth. Nick had no involvement in anything I know that for sure. Look we have a big main event about to happen, so get with me in a few days, and I’ll tell you everything I know.
BBR: You better have a good explanation for this. As far as the main event tonight, I noticed you made it a no dq match. So I’m gonna hang around in case our new friend decides to show back up. No Disqualification, PCP Heavyweight Championship Match (c) Darryl Jenkins vs. Cade WagemanWinner @ 22:15 – Darryl Jenkins A main event that lived up to the billing, with both competitors taking advantage of the rule change by fighting outside the ring for almost half the length of the match. Wageman especially took advantage of the rule change by using chairs and brass knuckles, but Jenkins found a way to survive. It took two Hurricane Punches for Jenkins to get the pinfall and make his first successful title defense. Event Highlights Doomsday Brain Chop
In Cahoots?

Two weeks after the last PCP event Big Bama Ray still hadn’t received an explanation for what happened in his match. He went to the PCP gym everyday trying to meet with Jeff Gorham, but the owner never showed. He finally received a text message from Gorham with a time for a meeting and a guarantee that he would be present. When Big Bama Ray showed up for the meeting, the owner was there, but Cade Wageman was sitting across from Gorham’s desk. BBR: ‘Preciate your presence today, but why the hell is he here? Wageman: Ah Ray, come on big guy, I’m here because I’m the reason you’re going to make a shit load of money. BBR: What in tarnation are you talking about? Gorham you got some ‘splainin to do. Gorham: He’s kind of right. Wageman brought our newest roster member to my attention, and in exchange I changed his title match to a no dq match and gave a nice bonus for scouting talent. BBR: Okay that doesn’t explain the interference, and just how is this going to make me money? Wageman: Look big guy you’re still new to the game so I won’t hold it against you, but Alabama vs. Auburn is the biggest rivalry in the state of Alabama. You see how those people react when you yell roll tide, well now they have someone to hate as much as they love you. You see? BBR: Let’s get some things straight here Wageman. I don’t trust snake’s like you, and I don’t need career advice from someone who got knocked out by a seventeen year old kid. My tag partner still kicked your ass even after you had the rules changed to your favor at the last minute. And Gambler, I don’t know what to think of you, but it seems like you answer to Mr. Wageman these days. Gorham: I’m trying to run a business here, sometimes that might not align with your vision, but I’m not conspiring against you Ray. And Cade, I have to ask do you know anything about the unexpected appearance of our newest roster member? Wageman: What? Come on what’s wrong with generating some buzz? He still won the match. Oh yeah...Ray don’t ever talk about me like that again. I don’t forget when people slight me. Gorham: Let’s calm down. Look Cade that’s not acceptable. I can’t have the inmates running the asylum. I appreciate you bringing new talent to my attention, but if that happens again there will severe fines handed out. The only way I can think to remedy this situation at the moment is to make a tag match. Ray you’re the number one contender, but I’m guessing you want to get your hands on Wageman and the newest roster member, and I’m sure your tag partner would like too as well. So how’s that sound? BBR: I like the sound of that, but just who is the asshole wearing those horrible colors? Gorham: He’s going by the name Tiger Newton. Says he played for Auburn for a season while you were at Alabama. He refuses to take off his mask even though I think the name implies who he really is. Strange cat. BBR: Wait that’s… Gorham: He matches the profile but even if it isn’t, I won’t care if he can wrestle. BBR: That motherfucker. He ruined my freshman season. Let’s make that match. Gorham: It’s official The Alabama Express vs. Cade Wageman & Tiger Newton will main event the next show. Wageman: (mumbling under his breath) I never forget Ray.
