Monday Night Wrestling @ www.twitch.tv/purist_chris

This is the new home for Monday Night Wrestling, which is a (usually) weekly show streaming at www.twitch/purist_chris and although I don't expect many live viewers because of my UK time zone (will be around 8pm BST/GMT) I will highlight it for people to watch later. 


The roster at any one time will be 32 wrestlers of mixed-weights and genders. If you'd like to join you can submit original edits with full (non-cement) logic and a maximum of 200 points.  There is a high turnover of the roster so opportunities for everyone at some point will come up.



Booking plans:

Every week there will be 8 matches on the card. The winners will get spots on the following week's show along with any title or other specialist titles. The leftover spots will be filled at random by the rest of the available roster.


Grand Championship

This is the most prestigious belt in MNW. Challengers are usually determined with a Grand Championship Elimination Qualifier, which is a battle royal of a minimum of four participants. Entry to the GCEQ can be earned by winning three singles matches in a row. A mandatory challenge can also be earned by winning a specialist MANIC MONDAY event, which occurs four times a year following the big four WWE PPVs. The GC title is defended against a 60 minute time-limit and will always headline the card.

Workhorse Championship
This title was added to the company to promote quality matches and some consider this title on par with the Grand Championship. The only way to earn a title match is to win a 100% singles match. Title matches can be defended either in a unlimited 2/3 falls match or 30 minute iron man match.


Deathmatch Championship

This title is hard to win and harder to keep. The only way to earn a shot at this belt is to injure an opponent with a critical finish (tech pins don't count!) Title matches are defended against a 60 minute time-limit with no count out or DQ's and if it is a singles match a deathmatch stipulation will be added.



Tag Titles

Roster members can chose a tag partner but often they will be paired by the MNW office. Semi-final tournaments will take place to find the top contender for these titles. Entry to the tournament will go to former champions, former top contenders, those who have beaten the champions in singles matches or otherwise by Leaderboard position. Title matches are defended against a 60 minute time-limit.



Speedway Championship

This is the MNW version of a TV championship. It will be defended every week unless the champion or contender has a shot a more prestigious title. The wrestler winning their match in the shortest time on the card will earn a shot the following week. Title matches are defended against a 15 minute time-limit.



All champions can earn an automatic rematch clause by defending their title with a pin, submission or KO victory at least once. More than one championship can be held at one time but a champion will not be expected to defend more than one title on the same card.



Leaderboard
This is a league table ordered primarily in wins vs losses +/- with the percentage ratio separating those with the same +/-. There is no prize for topping the Leaderboard but a strong placing can increase opportunity for entry to competitions.

Loser Leaves

If a wrestler loses three matches in a row they will be forced into a loser leaves town match. Anyone placed into this match will be kept off the card until there is at least one other wrestler forced under the same stipulation. Loser leaves matches have no time limit, count outs or DQ's. The loser will have to leave the MNW roster for at least the remainder of the calendar year and will be replaced by a new wrestler.



Injuries

If a match is ended by a critical (other than a tech pin critical) the loser will miss 1D6 weeks. If they roll a 6 they will be removed from the MNW roster and replaced by a new wrestler.

New Blood
New submissions compete in trial matches with a place on the roster at stake.
