any help for an old timer?

Ok i tried my hand at modding and screw'd up my game.  Heres thet story.  I was looking for a mass delete option.  I found it in the new ModPack, and used it.  It deleted the edits i wanted it too, however the proplem is now when i go to try to move edits to other feds there is nothing there.  If i try to scroll up or down everything just disappears.  Also when i go to try to do an exhibiton match everything is all jacked up and just kind of locks up.  Ive run the "check game files" or what ever its called on the steam site.  Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game  Nothing seems to work.  I have since heard taht the MassDelete tool for ModPack is bugged.  Is this what im experiencing and if so (or  not) what can i do about it? Help!!!!
