I've been wanting to make this thread for a while now.
I constantly want to get advise on very specific issues like stats for someone or a move replacement ...and I don't want to clutter the general discussion thread.
Anyway, I finally started making edit versions of the NJPW DLC guys. I've only done three edits and I must say - the bases are pretty good!
Changes I made (not including appearances):
Tanahashi:
Torture Texas Clover Hold + I kind of want to get rid of his Flash Pin, as he doesn't use it anymore.
I also not a big fan of the Styles Clash on him. Yes, he did it a few times in recent years but I feel like he wins too many matches with it. Maybe I'll just lower the logic.
Edit: One thing I noticed is discretion being super low, like 35. Now, I love using low discretion on edits - 40 is ideal in my view. However, for top main eventers I do set it higher, around 55-65. Not sure what to do here.
Goto:
I think I changed hisBulldog Rana to Blade Kick. Other than that edit is pretty solid. The Goto I had before the DLC had almost the same amount of points :)

Edit is very good but I made quite a few changes here.
I felt he was too weak (138 points, if I recall), considering he consistently beat all the top guys in the past year or so.
I gave him the Focus ability to bump him up a bit. Yes, he does feel like a little monster when he gets his endless submissions going but I feel like it's a good representation of him in real life.
One particularly good match was against Tanahashi, where he killed Tana's arm (animation changed, it looked really cool... Tana has arm health set to low, I think). Tana, being the Ace that he is, managed to escape the submissions and get the three. There were fantastic reversal sequences I've never seen before. Good stuff!
An additional change I made was setting his Mchinoku Driver as a Finisher (that way all his submissions can critical) and while I know he did it earlier in his career, I decided to replace the Liger Bomb with an excursion high kick.
Still not sure about that (suggestions?).
What do you think guys? What changes have you made to the DLC roster? Feel free to discuss any wrestler, doesn't have to be DLC.
