It's my favorite time of the season. I'm nearing the final stretch so I can reveal some of my plans that didnt make it in this year.
Season 3 Arc:
First Half: The aftermath of season 2, the fall of the HoD (for now), the madness of JD Belmonte, Tommy Days arc, and the return of JJB
Second Half: Brothers reunite, the 3 masked men (they're named the Venom Squad), 12/31/18, JJB vs Geese, the eventual return of Lawton.
Plans that didnt make it:
- Doc Crystal was supposed to win the Tournament of Survival, it's why I used my edits instead of community edits. But plans changed and I had to change shit on the fly.
- She also was supposed to win the AAW HW title at some point and have a big feud with JJB. At some point I will return to that but right now that's gonna be dead.
- Also getting the axe is Fillet Club vs HoD. I want to revisit the story at some time but my game had issues running a match with more than 6 edits.Now with the new update I can revisit this storyline.
- There was going to be a storyline involving a masked man calling himself the God of Death. And it was gonna he a mystery who it was. It was way too obvious so I scratched that.
- Other final opponents for JJB if Geese turned me down (he was my first choice): Professor Voodoo, Z Train, Doc Overdose, Julian Cessaro, Scott Cramer, North Star Lion, and Carl Zilla
- I was planning a Halloween event featuring Freddy Kruger. I might revisit that next year.
This season episode titles was mostly comic book based. Next season will be titled after 80s and 90s hip hop songs.
Season 4 Episode I Title: They Reminisce Over You (this title will make sense one you see the season finale. I'm currently filming the 12/31/18 reveal segment)
Season 4 Episode II Title: Loves Gonna Get'cha

That show was great!! The last two matches were bananas Indeed. As I said in chat, New Era AAW has really shaped up well in regards to the characters and storylines, and a title that refuses to remain on anyone for any period of time. Makes for unpredictable, exciting shows. |
