This actually has me really excited. It could be a dud, but it also could be Onita/Hayabusa level awesome. Also means the AEW game could have this. |

I’ve been trying AEW again, I found two bright spots, Thunder Rosa (who I’ve seen before and liked in ROH as a part of a tag team) and the brand new upstart prodigy, Serena Deeb! Okay, I looked into Deeb and found out she’s been around forever and was trained by amazing people, but I have no former exposure to her previous the the match I saw her in. Sadly she lost to a frighteningly small girl in some kind of costume, but Deeb looked great and was the highlight of the show! Can’t wait to see Rosa in the next round, she’s great (Rosa vs Deeb would be great!).

I've been enjoying AEW, my highlights have also been Thunder Rosa, Eddie Kingston and Rey Fenix.
I'm also thinking about buying the PPV, as I've not seen an Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch since buying FMW tapes from tape traders in the 90s.

Yeah, Rey “ Señor automático” Fenix! That’s the TIGHTEST I’ve seen a guy pull off that style of wrestling in a while. He pulls his shit off so confidently with no awkward transitions, and he doesn’t have those shitty stalls to wait for the other guys to figure out what he’s doing, he’ll improvise to keep things seamless. Very fun to watch him, he just needs some worthy opponents... 😕

The stalling and waiting for dives is one thing that let's AEW down. Way too much of it going on.
I can't remember seeing it in Promo Azteca on my old tapes, or AAA/CMLL/Michinoku Pro for that matter.

Thanks for putting up the Thunder Rosa / Nyla Rose match, that was great! Nice to see a target worked by both women and said targets affecting their offensive capacities. I think Thunder Rosa is my favourite worker in this organization!
