Spinning Fisherman's Suplex - I've been meaning to upgrade Tetsu's fisherman's suplex for a while but couldn't commit to one. This is it and is also about to kickstart a much needed update for his edit. Nice, what was he using before? Regular fisherman's? Yeah, the default fisherman's suplex has been Tetsu's front grapple special since I created him in like 2014 or something like that. He's been overdo for an update edit for a while. Even though I've made a number of variations of him in FPW (including his most recent 2021 version), the default fisherman has been on all of them. So one of the main things I wanted to upgrade for his next version is that fisherman suplex. The Spinning Fisherman Suplex adds style and heft to it in line with the overall power boost I wanted to give him. I immediately put it on the new edit version that I started for him last night 😎 And really love that new twisting fisherman suplex too! 👏

Continuing the fisherman theme, I guess~ Laying Fisherman's Suplex Avalanche Fisherman Buster B And I reworked both Busaiku Knee Kicks yesterday, finally figured out how to make their hitboxes work without the impact looking weird and janky Old: New: The secret ended up being to take a page from the Violet Shooting's book and put the hitbox far away from the attacker on the first frame of the jump, instead of on the impact frame

Continuing the fisherman theme, I guess~ "The Ole Fuee and the Sea 🎣" 📙 Really love these moves! That Avalanche one is brutal! Petition filed to change the "Laying Fisherman's Suplex" to the "Lounging Fisherman's Suplex." 😄 The secret ended up being to take a page from the Violet Shooting's book and put the hitbox far away from the attacker on the first frame of the jump, instead of on the impact frame Nice! I was experimenting with that too last week!! I was having a ton of trouble making a C2C Zero Fighter kick work. The initial impact was super janky and both edits would like suddenly move positions from the hitbox frame of the attack library to the initial frame of the attack/defender library. Since the Zero Fighter kick also utilizes that initial jump from further away, I found that putting the hitbox on that initial jump worked better than having it on the frame of actual visual impact. Glad it worked for you too! I see the results 😎

It's weird too. Other than Clincher and Front Grapple moves, C2C moves used to be the easiest ones for me to make. But recently I've had some issues with that jankiness from the "attack" library to the "attacker/defense" ones. The Violet Shooting fix helped me a lot, but I still had to make some adjustments with timing and X/Y axis stuff. I am really happy with how it ultimately came out even though it took a while to get there: It's kind of a cross between a Zero Fighter Kick and a Leg Lariat. And how it looks in game for my intended recipient: JET Hamada. If you want it, I'd be happy to post it 😎 I've held off on posting recently just because it used to take me so long to write up the description and post GIFS and everything but I should really stop being such a perfectionist with that stuff 😭

Just some dumb ol' "man go up, man go down" and "it's similar to [some default move]" and just let the gif do the rest of the talking 😅

I need to be more fluid with posting my moves. This is probably the first one I've posted in over a year just because my old way of posting things was taking too long. But it's absurd to just post nothing for that reason. Unfortunately, I've fallen into an abyss of absurdity recently in regard to these matters. I find myself constrained by "ye olde ways" in too many aspects of my Fire Pro life. Here's hoping that this lights a fire of revolution under me and that I don't singe my pants 🔥

Those gears that move infinitely in the menu background require a ton of grease ⚙ New moves are really awesome!! 🏆 The Butterfly Shoulderbreaker and Butterfly Thunder Fire Bomb are two of my favorites moves that you've ever done!! Those are the types of moves I will build entire edits around 😎 Twisting Bloody Sunday has great impact and Powerbomb Feint GTS B has amazing torque! The Momo☆Whip are very useful moves I can see giving to a lot of edits.
