So I went back and redid some logos. AWCW's was originally a hodgebodge of free vectors I found (somewhat heavily edited, but still) and like one or two small graphics that I'd made. Pretty impersonal, and there's a lot in it that I just didn't care for. So this time I drew the entire thing myself and live traced it, then redid the aprons for good measure. I think it's an improvement I also redid ENSO's apron and made the green mat's enso white. I don't know if that's an improvement or not, really And I'm sort of in the middle of redrawing TANIWHA's 'cause the tiki's forehead in the original was not well thought-out and ended up really clunky |

I got a wild hair to redo VIPW's mat logo, 'cause... iono, reasons Ended up going with a Spanish ibex and bluebells sort of theme, 'cause the promotion's president(s) are from Spain  Probably need to resize it a bit, and I'm not crazy about the gold. Looks fine on text, not so much on this, so I might simplify it at some point. Maybe make the gold parts a flat color or something |

ah jeez So I mucked about with the sponsor logos a bunch, added some and moved some, and finally got into corner and corner mat logos a bit, and I think I'm finally done with this ring  (VIPW's sponsor theme is fictional companies from other media, if it's somehow not obvious) |

TANIWHA "Air" ring TANIWHA's supposed to be closely affiliated with VIPW, despite being a mostly regional promotion, so I figure it should also have a couple of VIPW's sponsors, right? Completely aped the arrangement from Ramon's RIZIN-style Links ring, 'cause what I had before was really not working out and I thought his looked great The Maori TV and NZ On Air logos come from real broadcast-related companies (I might make my own fictional ones eventually) and the No One logos in the corners are my own that I use for filler and jokes on custom DVD covers I do here and there Also I put the tiki logo on the corner pads for... reasons  |
