I was trying to get this thread going over on the arena forums, but with the apparent shift over to here I will try once more to see if this catches on. Perhaps the admins/mods here can be more helpful to me in telling me if this sort of post is better suited for the e-feds section, but since I post only results I assume I am not complete enough to have a place there. Thus I feel this is a fun thread to both share my results and view the results other folks may wish to share in as much or as little detail as they wish.

Every win is worth +1 point and every loss is -1 point. The percentage is the overall win percentage.

Originally my fed had no championships and was based on trying to be the Wins Leader, whoever had the highest points total. It was based off of the way Beyond Wrestling was run in its early days.

Of course over time since I have been running this fed for a number of years now some competitors got way ahead to a point that it would be hard to be overcome. I eventually instituted championships in which point totals are a major contributor to contendership, as well as win streak andimpressive wins/performances.

Now points are also the determining factor on who is entered into the annual G1 Climax, Best of the Super Juniors & Tag Team Classic Tournaments.

Impressive points totals and wins streaks also increase your chances of getting to compete on supercard events. I typically run five "World Wide" shows followed by a 15-match supercard which would basically be like five Raws followed by a PPV. Then there is the unorthodox piece of how I actually for the most part randomly choose the competitors for each event, but that is another long explanation for another day.... :p

I won't go into details but I had 96% first run SIM last night with Marsh the Great and the soon to be uploaded Jim Piggy (a giant sized power edit; yeah balance is a trial there lol) and a 100% run after some basic tweaks.

Could be flukes due to Marsh's Marshiness so I'm going to run him against a variety of other edits but man, I was still kind of glad to see that.

I've been simming again, but just a simple World Title for my real life edits to fight over.

One thing I've brought over from FPR that makes for good booking is a "Champion's Choice" rule. Where usually, after a new champion is crowned and he defends the title once in a rematch against the previous rule, they get to choose their first challenger "themselves." In storyline, it's a matter of honor to pick a worthy challenger. This way I can have old rivals battle for the belt or give "Cinderella chances" to unappreciated guys sometimes without having to worry about the ranking process.

The current champion is Mr. Perfect, who beat Scott Steiner for the belt (who beat Hollywood Hogan for the belt, who beat Sting). His champion's choice is to host a "Hennig Invitational" for 8 good workers who I either just imported or who haven't had a shot at the title yet, to compete in a league of straight wrestling matches in the Dojo. No crowd, no fancy gimmicks, the pure best wrestler wins and will challenge Mr. Perfect in an Iron Man match at the end. I like this angle.

And no their Logic aren't identical. They all just used the same exploits to try to create edits that would win, and fast.

Best part of this is that Fire Pro looked at that hyperviolent spammy crap and went: "Hmmmmm.... AWESOME!!! Loved the carnage! Teabagging for the win is where's it's at. Not even 10 minutes on an 8-man 'Royale, loved it. 91%, great sim!."

First sim of the day. Don't you just love it when two edits have great chemistry ? The match itself didn't have any crazy moments or anything, it was just PERFECTLY paced. The two girls spent almost the entire match just going back and forth, steadily wearing each other down and then BOOM! a mad sprint to the finish staring around the 20 minute mark, trading specials and 2.9 kickouts until Bison got the win with her devious use of the brass knucks. It was epic.

This was the latest in an excellent series between my newest edit, Phil Mercury and Slick's Spitfire edit. Phil is a high flying Jr heavy who works the legs early on and goes high flying later, while Spitfire is a arm wrecking technician with a few hard head drops. They went all in on this particular installment of the series, Spitfire nearly getting the submission multiple times, and Phil just barely pulling off the win with his corkscrew moonsault finisher after being broken down and about wrecked. Great matchup.

This happened, too. Was a total war, and Geese was not kind, even did his power up taunt into anaconda vice after a missed wheel kick from Mercury. Eventually, though, Phil hit a Sheer Heart Attack to CRITICAL Geese after three figure eights in the ropes kept him off guard. Crazy match, crazier finish.
