As I've said in other threads, I'll be porting over edits from some of the top PC creators over to PS4. Haven't made a thread til now, as getting image captures off the PS4 and on to here seems like a pain in the ass, but it's now occured to me that I can just post a link to my twitter which I basically only use as a fire pro image dump. anyway. Works out great because all the time I would have spent porting images over and making attire collages, can now be dedicated to making more edits. For the most part, I'll be porting over DJKM77 and desertpunk23's edits, since between the two of them they have pretty much everyone you could want, and their logic plays pretty well together. There will be edits from a few other creators like Avenger and Rev to fill in gaps. And if I'm ever able to get around to it I'd like to port Senator's combat sports edits, and ahep and Ibsen's lucha edits. I'll be adding my own attires, since all the new parts provide so many new options and neat tricks, and it's honestly my favorite part of making real life edits. For now I'm filling in the missing wrestlers from NJPW, as well as revising the defaults to sim better and provide more attires. Here's what I have so far: NJPW HeavyweightTrent Baretta (DJKM77) Cody (rev) David Finlay (desertpunk23) Chase Owens (desertpunk23) Davey Boy Smith Jr. (desertpunk23) Lance Archer (desertpunk23) Adam Page (Avenger3) HIKULEO (desertpunk23) Jay White (desertpunk23) Matt Jackson (DJKM77) Nick Jackson (DJKM77) Toa Henare Yujiro Takahashi Chris Jericho NJ Ver. (DJKM77 - modified logic and moveset to reflect his violent brawling NJ style) Jeff Cobb (DJKM77/desertpunk23- took elements of both NJPW Jr. Heavyweight
Jushin Liger 90's (DJKM77) Jushin Liger Modern Tiger Mask IV 00's (DJKM77) Tiger Mask IV NJPW Revised Defaults
Kazuchika Okada Kenny Omega Pictures of all attires on my twitter account. twitter.com/Fignuts82And my PS4 page: firepro-w.com/user/profile/Fignuts82

I see that there's some people complaining that your edits are too powerful or not powerful enough, hopefully it's not that bad.
I love what you're doing here. The main thing that stopped me from using DJKM's edits is that I'm generally not a big fan of his appearances, but I do think that he's great when it comes to movesets and logic. I'm a big fan of DesertPunk's stuff both in appearances and logic / movesets, but I never simmed his stuff with the DJKM edits. I hope that isn't a problem seing that lots of people suggest not meshing edits from different people.

I actually lowered my stats/parameters scale ages ago to fit in tune with DJKM more, we even co-released a WCW pack once on returns lol. point being idk how they'd be too powerful, while it's not set in stone my overall stat scale is Below 80 = Jobber/Opener/Small Time Indy/Way past prime vet 81-119 = Lower Midcard / Utility man (baseball term, guy who can be stuck anywhere) 120-139 = Average Worker / Midcard 140-169 = Upper Midcard/ Rising Worker 170-190 = Lower Main Eventer 191-219 = Higher Main Eventer 220-Above = Misawa/Hogan/Taker aka Guys who lose once a decade lol That being said AI comes into play too and moveset. Example; I try to limit late match submissions to linked moves to keep a fricken chin lock from ending a match, but a submission heavy edit will usually sim better in general. Or someone might be stated at 150 but have a higher damage finish/higher stats in that finishers key stats and ect. Then again if their are booking Sami Callihan vs Kenta Kobashi I never tested those against each other, nor made them based off each other, so if weird shit happens I'm sorry lol.

That's a very detailed post. I appreciate it! Also have to keep in mind that Fignuts seems to tweak the logic on some of the edits, so it might not be a perfect reflection of your original creations even if they're largely based off of them. I'm thinking about starting some original edits for PS4 myself, but I'm such a perfectionist and wouldn't want to release anything unless I'm absolutely certain that it'll be quality stuff. I'll have to carefully research the process. The main problem is that I'm somewhat burned out on actually watching wrestling these days, so researching moves might end up being a tedious affair. :/

I've actually been using a scale very similar to the one Punk listed above. The only actual problem anyone has had so far is the Young Bucks being close to David Finlay, which admittedly I probably had them a bit too low, as I copied straight from DJKM whose edits were released before the Bucks' heavyweight success. I've sinced bumped them up. I made the decision to make Okada a 200+ monster as he has been one of, if not the most strongly booked wrestler in the last few years, and I feel a loss for him should be rare. That said, he can still be challenged in competitive match ups. Here is a test match I simmed against Jericho who is around 170. www.youtube.com/watch?v=pf-dDvqEzNs&t=5sAny tweaks I make to DJKM and DP's edits are usually very minor, and are more or less personal prefernce decisions. To the point where if you asked me what I changed I probably couldn't tell you now lol.

Working on the Junior heavyweights and revised defaults right now. When that's done, I'll move onto Raw, Smackdown, NXT, and 205 Live. That's the roadmap at the moment. Haven't decided what to do after that. Could be ROH, could be NOAH. Will depend on what I feel like at the time.

I would try my own but I'm not that good yet or getting them from the pc but that's prove to much hassle.. I won't be taking credit tho for other people's work

Devil's advocate, Cena and Jeff Jarrett, both over 200 right?
Cena is obvious, and Jarrett rarely lost in TNA, and is usually always a top guy.
Plus he's like 400 time champion.
Hell, he got fired from AAA for being drunk, became a WWE HOFer and is was just the AAA Mega champion recently. Double J stays winning.
I'm guessing he's more toward 300, maybe Jumbo's level. Far past Inoki. Fuck Inokiism, it's Jarrettism now, choke on that slap nuts.

The issue seemed to be with you Trent Baretta edit. I didnt check the comments on the Finlay edit. Christ's sake, they really need to add notifications when people comment on edits. Like, going through my edits and checking for comments isn't so bad right now, but a month from now there's going to be a lot of unanswered comments, cause I ain't goin' through all the edits I'll have up by then. As for people's problems with Trent...it sounds like people are using him against random wwe guys they got off the workshop. There could be a lot of reasons why they're getting those results, but Trent being OP isn't one of them. He's 135 points, and none of the offensive categories are so high that he would be causing a lot of damage with a particular type of move. He has the stardom skill, but that's hardly a game changer. One thing I did notice is the I had his signature flying knee set to pin late match. Since he does have a relatively high chance of performing the move, it could lead to an abrupt end, so I have since set it to pin only mid match. However that wouldn't explain the dominance of the edit. So yeah, more than likely just not meshing with the random edits people are using combined with RNG.

Is it just me or are the heads smaller on the Spike-created NJPW edits?
I just had a match between Omega and Matt Jackson, and Matt looked like he had a giant tumor growing out of his forehead in comparison lol
