New Stream Notification Thread

Right, so as I'm sure you've all noticed by now, the stream notifications vanished. How long? I don't remember, a week? In any case they're pretty important and thus being the exceptionally attractive and mentally stable man I am, I got to work on bringing them back, and finished this morning.

Of course, nothing is without its caveats and when a man who does not know how to do something decides to do it anyway, the job isn't going to be perfect. For starters, I did not use the old code (from the WARENA~) as I do not have access to it. Thus, there are indeed key features missing.

・The code no longer auto-detects which game you are playing. Like I said, I am a man who does not know how to do things who tried to do the thing. This is something to remain conscious of if you submit a request, as the stream notifications will continue to remain strictly for Fire Pro/Japanese wrestling game related streams. I may learn how to fix this in the future. nevermind, probably.

・We have returned to text notifications rather than the earlier banners. Once again, I am not good at anything, and could not figure out how to use the banners. I probably could've if I gave it some more time but in the end I feel the text is ideal given the amount of streamers it can accommodate without looking strange.

In addition, the text also displays shadows when you are using a light theme, avoiding the old problem with the text. 

I believe that is it but it is also 5:54AM and I have spent the majority of the morning doing this, and my mind isn't exactly firing on all cylinders. Bug reports/suggestions are very welcome. 

Now, the most important bit is populating the streamer list. This is the list currently.
