My thought would be let’s put together a list of signature NJPW moves that are still missing and “recommend” they be included in the next set of moves.
-Cross leg Brainbuster to knee (Omega) -Red Ink (Okada) -Puma Blanco (Naito) -D (Hiromu’s triangle from a grapple or grounded)

It's a submission that's kind of complex and hard to describe, the person doing it is perched atop a standing opponent's back stretching their arms. It's funny, I remember that move from a few Smackdown games, I think it's called Motorcycle stretch in those games.

Standing: Hadouken/Double Palm Strike (Omega) Corner to Center: EX Hadouken/C2C Double Palm Strike to Kneeling Opponent (Omega) (I know I keep talking about this but I really want this to be a thing. :D I'd even mention the Final Atomic Buster but since he only ever did this to Yoshihiko the Blow-Up Doll that doesn't count > . > )

Oh and one more I'd really love would be the Suzuki Piledriver done from Top Sprawl. Would probably just take a few added frames to make that work, and would be excellent for my version of him.

Other than what's been mentioned by others already, some great moves for the NJPW guys that are in this expansion would be EVIL's proper back grapple STO, Juice Robinson's cannonball senton in the corner, Tama Tonga's Headshrinker DDT (how did this not make it in already?), YOSHI-HASHI's Headhunter, and Ishii's sliding lariat. Another one that is admittedly a total longshot is Kenny Omega's old "chainsaw" move as an Entertainment move.

Ibushi has been doing a cross armed German suplex right into the Kamidoye. Would be a great addition

Martha Hart wants nothing to do with WWE, not wrestling in general. She let Acclaim put Owen in the Legends of Wrestling series. and when she was approached by Figures Toy Company (who aren't affiliated with WWE at all anymore) a couple of years ago, she turned them down.

The proceeds from the Takayama Dlc didn't go towards the game development. They went towards his charity fund, it's not like Spike profited from it. Also, individual wrestler dlc is a terrible idea. Nobody cares about a Spike edit for a wrestler that you can already make. If they want to put new moves and parts for a specific wrestler into a Dlc package, they need to bundle it with other moves/parts. The Takayama dlc was an exception, not the norm that Spike should strive for. why would no care?? I’m sure they would if they added new move and themes.. I get that the last one was for charity but you honestly going to say they wouldn’t be interested in making money? I'm saying that no-one is going to spend $3 on a sub-par edit, one or two parts and one move unless it's a very special circumstance, like the money going directly towards the charity fund of a recently injured wrestler. Making this a regular strategy for individual wrestler DLC wouldn't do well.

I’m thinking the grounded chop would be Tenzan’s ground Mongolian Chop which has surprisingly absent for years In this instance I'm fairly certain it's for both Tenzan and Nakanishi.

Isn't the ground Mongolian Chop already in the game? It should be under Top Mount position, or whatever that state is called.
