... probably not, no. the market for a 2D-based wrestling game with minimal licensing is pretty small, and the numbers for firepro world haven't exactly been amazing.

given that tomozou/Matsumoto talked about it with Famitsu during his interview with Taichi at the end of the year, and it's also been a very poorly kept secret, I suppose it's not verboten to talk about it anymore - the original plan was to include tools for fan-made content at the end of the game's life cycle to keep the game going on as long as possible. I dunno if that's still going to come in the end, but the implication is that what was discovered was an early version of a tool for normal users.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that Birth of A Legend will basically be based on Jushin Liger.

itd likely mean theyd have to negotiate with WWE since iirc they own WCW stuff, and considering they're rival games(?), probably not? idk i could be wrong

Yep. The venue also has a lot to do with the rating as well. The larger arenas will be more nice with 90+ on the norm. However, small venues like the SCS Stadium and the lucha arena I believe usually plaster you with 85% or below.
