It is that time of year, a time to remember an icon in the business of pro wrestling. That man being Bobby "The Brain" Heenan. As a manager, Heenan was known to be the brain behind several factions and tag teams, and to honor that, Pro Wrestling Revival held a trios tournament last year at the time of his death to pay respects to the legend. Now, it's time to do that again, and this time, with a twist. In a 16 team tournament, Pro Wrestling Revival is proud to open 8 slots for the community to get a chance to challenge for the Trios Championships come January at PWR presents Pheonix Rising (not to be confused with the promotion Pheonix Rising Wrestling.) Sign up begin tonight and will last for the next two to three weeks. Once the 8 slots are filled, the brackets will be announced. Good luck to those that enter.

Phoenix Rising (despite the name confusion) intends to send a trio in: said trio will be decided in a 4v4 tag match at Proving Ground #17 taking place on September 10th.
As soon as the results come in for that show, I'll update with who's in.

I'm really happy with how these guys turned out. Niizh Manidoo is a surprisingly good worker, Iyash is the little stud I hoped he would be, and Black Feather really feels like a real leader of the stable. I'm looking forward to seeing these dudes in action. Feel free to use Manidoo and Iyash's second attires for some more team uniformity, but I suggest that for the biggest matches. Do we need theme songs for this? They use Black Feather's theme when teamed up.
