A wild and chaotic night concludes for SUPER NOVA. Interference, surprise wins, and an interesting situation for the tournament unfolds in the latest results. Probably will not stream next week to configure some stuff in game and story build, but do stay tuned as I will more than likely finish compiling the card for Perihelion soon and hopefully stream it by the end of the month. So basically, the sun and moon canceled each other out 😭  I love that draw as the next chapter in RYOMA and Nobu's rivalry. It's perfect. Triple threat finale was a smart adjustment and should be a hard-fought match. I'm not surprised that Hyper Earth won but the run-in was definitely unexpected! Sounds like Starr/Spirals was another potential MoTN as I predicted as well! A lot of really highly rated matches! 👏 |

After the last show some promos set up some interesting matchup opportunities for the card for Perihelion. As previously stated, definitely taking next week off as well as the week after that since my parents are in town, but I do plan I streaming the show at either the end of August or around Labor Day. |

So after a small delay to get things ready for the show (doing cutscenes, theme updates, switching to OBS, etc.) as well as spending time with my folks last week from out of town, I believe Saturday will be a good time to stream Perihelion finally. Looking to start at 9PM Eastern time for the show. Hope to see you all there.

Super hot show!! (makes sense since it's closer to the 🌞) Very big win for Tachyon! I'm also glad to see Opogogo continuing on 👾 Mothership Express is really a great team and I love their look. Interesting angle to end the match. Damon's interest in Tokugawa is also very interesting. A showing of respect from Damon is rare. RETURN OF OGG!!!!! 👹 "Ogg + Ogden = "Oggdos?" Two Oggs? O2? 🥁 Main event looked like a real war. Really like those pictures, especially this one:  Speaking of pictures, I love that casual attire for RYOMA!!  Saji: "I didn't think he had a casual bone in his body. Boy dresses up in full ring gear just to take a shower." What logo did you use for his shirt? It's perfect and I want to give him that gear too 😎 Main event sounded hot and I love the angle to end the show: especially: "To take over this solar system, Sacrament will have to deal with Sun, Moon, and Starr!" 😄😄😄😄 I love this stable idea and how you positioned them for the fight against Sacrament!! 👏 |

So it's been a while since I last updated what with all the recent games coming out. On top of that, my 11 year old PC is inevitably on its last legs for performance. The hardware is getting old and BSODs are starting to occur which is sad because it had a good run.
As you can imagine, this has hindered my production a bit for the upcoming set of ESTRELLA shows. Fortunately, Cyber Monday blessed me with a good deal on an new more gamer-centric tower at a reasonable price which should be in by Friday.
From there, I'm gonna have to do some configuring and file transferring to get back up and running Fire Pro wise. I'm hopeful that this will at least get me the chance to post my next big ESTRELLA show by Christmas so do stay tuned for that.

Getting 11 years of mileage out of a computer in modern times is pretty epic so congratulations on that!! 🏆
You're doing something right, even if it's just not pouring coffee all over it every day 👏
And nice job looking out for a deal on the new computer to take the Galastream into the next epoch!
I hope everything goes smoothly transferring Fire Pro to the new computer. I'm still running FPW on the same one that I initially installed it on so I have no idea how moving it over to a new computer will be. At the very least, setting up camp with all your e-fed folders and programs on a new computer will take some time.
Maybe you can run and cap FP at an even higher resolution though so that could be cool 😎

However, getting Steam and Fire Pro to work has been a pitfall so far. Been trying to figure out why Steam isn't downloading my subscribed items to the game. Like it has some, but I'm missing moves and parts craft parts.
It's a bit frustrating to say the least. Going to try to reinstall Steam and Fire Pro again to see if I get anywhere.

Well performance-wise, new computer is running swimmingly. Nice! It's always fun getting to take a new computer around for a spin. Savor the speed!! It takes Steam like 2 minutes to load on my computer now even before launching a game 🤦♂️ However, getting Steam and Fire Pro to work has been a pitfall so far. Been trying to figure out why Steam isn't downloading my subscribed items to the game. Like it has some, but I'm missing moves and parts craft parts. It's a bit frustrating to say the least. Going to try to reinstall Steam and Fire Pro again to see if I get anywhere. That is weird. It's usually "all or nothing" when it comes to subscription problems. Is a large percentage of your downloaded stuff not coming through? Is it possible that a lot of them just got taken off the Workshop since the last time you've played? This is kind of a shot in the dark but could it be a cloud save issue at all? If you go into Edit mode and then Workshop, are you able to see everything there or is stuff missing? You could probably unsubcribe and resubscribe on the Workshop but it would be a pain to re-assign those moves and parts. Maybe you want to try with just one move to see what happens? |

I believe there were definitely some corrupt files from my previous savedata.dat that were preventing new subscriptions from loading. To be fair, I've been meaning to purge some of this stuff for a while.
That being said, this is quite the reset and I don't like it. For now, I'll work on the edits and moves I need to run the next few shows to start but this will obviously delay things further.

Ok, I think there's a bigger issue occurring with Fire Pro and Steam. Last night Fire Pro was working fine for me in terms of subscriptions. I had turned it on around 5 pm yesterday. However, after many hours of it being on, it always starts to speed up kind of weird. This has happened for years now so it's not a new thing. I just quit and relaunch it. However, when I tried to relaunch it, none of my subscriptions would load at all! The game momentarily froze twice during the start-up screen in a way it's never frozen before. And none of my subscriptions downloaded. I still had all of them saved in my game but they weren't actively downloading as they usually do. I tried again just now and the same thing happened. I'm not alone either. I saw this error thread on the Steam forums: steamcommunity.com/app/564230/discussions/0/3714936444643236522/Well, I unsubscribed from everything on Steam and subscribed to one edit of mine to see if that worked and it did. I believe there were definitely some corrupt files from my previous savedata.dat that were preventing new subscriptions from loading. To be fair, I've been meaning to purge some of this stuff for a while. That may also be the case. It's possible some old edits that were taken down are causing issues on your save. The same could go for moves and parts. Once the Steam-wide issues are done, you should go into the Workshop area of Edit Mode and delete ALL the subscriptions that show up in red. It may take some time (lol it will, I know all too well) but it's worth it to give your game the juice cleanse it deserves 🥤💩 That being said, this is quite the reset and I don't like it. For now, I'll work on the edits and moves I need to run the next few shows to start but this will obviously delay things further. It really sucks cause you were so looking forward to getting back into things too. This has been my experience in the past few years. So I am slowly, but surely recovering most of the subs I unsubscribed from and taking the time to get things ready for the Galastream to return (once again!) to regular streaming so I can get this computer up and running.
Because we're so close to the holidays, I will be delaying until 2023 to return to action.
