Hello all, and welcome to the new home-forum of the Fire Pro Wrestling community, the Fire Pro CRITICAL~ Club. What happened with the Arena is unfortunate, irritating, and above all else, disappointing, but we shall keep-on keeping on as we always do. Hopefully, we will all move past that. The past does not define us.
This forum will serve the same general purpose as these Fire Pro forums always have. Given that we are now hosted on Proboards, there are a number of misc improvements (and quirks, though we've been able to make things better than before in a lot of instances) that you may need to take a bit to get accustomed to. The main upside of this platform is that it will be more stable than previous forums ever were.
There will be some inevitable growing pains but I hope we eventually return to business as usual. The forum has a familiar layout to help with that. All categories are to be used for what they were once used for, with the exception of Fire Pro Classic, which serves the role of all the old Fire Pro boards, as I do not foresee a particular amount of activity in that area.
The rules are as follows. They shouldn't be too different from what they once were, and merely demand human decency.
1. Don't be a dick. This is of course, the most subjective rule. Arguments are healthy, just yelling at each other is a waste of time.
2. Illegal links/pornography are not to be posted on the board. Fine for PMs, I suppose, but even if I wanted an NSFW board, Proboards has a very strict policy against that stuff. I don't personally have a problem with ROMs but send them through PMs as well. And if you post a link detailing how to pirate Fire Pro World, expect an on-the-spot ban.
3. Zero tolerance policy for the use of slurs.
4. Avoid image spam. As well as video spam. If you must, contain it via spoiler-tags. Proboards' 1 major quirk is it is not very mobile friendly, plus I mean, pic spam's just annoying. This rule is null in threads that welcome it, i.e. your own creation threads.
5. Don't harass people. Holding grudges is silly.
6. Stay on topic. This isn't the Discord.
7. What's happened in the past has happened. We don't need to constantly discuss why we left the Arena. However, one topic about it in the Off Topic section wouldn't be against the rules, in case there are still people in the dark/people scratching their heads intensely as to why this is happening when the Arena mysteriously came back up

8. Keep your signature images to a reasonable size. I don't want to give a specific size, because that seems pedantic, just use your common sense.
9. Politics, we all have some, but we don't need to share them in places where they aren't expected or appropriate. 2022 edit: This also includes conspiracy theories about certain pandemic viruses and otherwise, please and thanks.
10. Zero tolerance for discussion of or publically admitting you have pirated Fire Pro World. This extends to talking about how to pirate it, posting links to download it illegally, and asking how to get around the anti-piracy measures. Discussing piracy of other Fire Pro games is not recommended but it is not prohibited (as 99% of other fire pro games are not available for purchase in a way that benefits Spike anymore anyway)

In conclusion, welcome Fire Pro fans. New and old. Let's make this the best forum yet.
