the ones i pay attention to are mostly fictional/non-wrestler edits so here goes
bohdar alongside converting the entire cast of the jackie chan fighting game and making characters from such things as the wave race series and shenmue, made one of my all-time favorite joke characters; d'angelo from his video for 'untitled (how does it feel)'. i'll never not laugh whenever he's on screen
drkelexo is a very underrated author that has a healthy collection of stuff from genesis/SNES games, such as road rash, zombies ate my neighbors, toejam & earl, shaq fu, etc. also more than one yu yu hakusho referee!
jonnyD is already worth of praise for making so many house of the dead-related edits (check out that kuarl from HOTD2!) but also has amongst his collection some really solid street fighter recreations
lordmo made the entire cast of fighting vipers, including kumachan and pepsiman! also has been a great help to my own creations. guy's a genius with the appearances
meatyspag has made plenty of things from bootleg games, obscure amiga games, and even a 1977 movie. he's also the one who i originated my beavis and butt-head appearance bases from, so there is that too
mysterious0bob has all the dynamite headdy, twisted metal and wrestle war material you'd want. he's even the only other person that made an eternal champions character! we're a bit short on that at the moment...
nwo0202 is also an extremely underrated author that makes super good recreations of all sorts of fighting game characters. most notably i'm still getting over the shock of him making a very spot-on neo-dio from world heroes and doctrine dark from street fighter EX. if you want more really faithful fighting game (and some other games) characters in your line-up, this guy is a must-see
professor voodoo made this collection, so he's already in my list of favorite authors by default. also some seriously good recreations of kazuya and heihachi mishima
sasha, my gf, has a good mix of stuff such as tecmo bowl, tekken, asuka 120%, breakers, jojo's, and even the frontman of swedish cover band that covered 'YMCA'. it's a big thing in japan for some reason, y'see.
zenzen similarly to nwo has a massive quality collection of SNK characters and...characters from the running man? hey, why not. dynamo's really funny to see in action
probably forgot a few but yeah
