Just found out a Hunter x Hunter blu ray box set is releasing June 21st. Glad I waited instead of buying the individual compilations.

Anyone here check out Thermae Romae Novae on Netflix yet? I really had fun watching this one, lots of very funny writing and ridiculous moments, if you’re looking for something quick that will make you laugh, Thermae Romae Novae is a very good option! The formula gets a bit repetitive from episode to episode, but the humour of it keeps it fun! Once you finish watching the story of Lucious the thermae architect unfold, there are really great, brief documentary style pieces at the end of each episode about Japanese hot spring culture that feature multiple hot springs (onsens) around the country, hosted by the manga series author, Mari Yamazaki. These are only a few minutes long, but they’re beautifully shot and feature a glimpse of some amazing onsen, most of which have been in operation for at least one hundred years! Great stuff! I keep seeing good things about Thermae Romae Novae. I'll give it a shot! I have gotten into comedic anime more as of late. Also, I recommend "Way of the House Husband" on Netflix. It's a really funny slice of life comedy series with some great and misdirecting action. The main character is a former yakuza and now he's a house husband concerned with cooking and daily chores. But his intensity level is the same 😄 |

I still have to finish Season 4. I was actually getting into it around January and then got disrupted. I totally forgot what happened so I'll probably have to watch the first 2-3 episodes again.

Berserk Volume 11 just arrived. Only two more volumes to go I think. I know 12 and 13 are available for pre-order, but I think volume 13 will contain the final chapters. I don't know if they will try and stretch it out into a 14th volume.
Thinking of pulling the trigger on the Golgo 13 manga after pay day. I know the translated english versions only go up to 13 stand alone volumes, but volumes 1-6 seem to be out of print as Amazon doesn't have them. Even ebay doesn't have them, at least not english versions. But since each volume is its own stand alone story it doesn't really matter.
Also Goblin Slayer Side Story Year One. The prequel series to Goblin Slayer was recommended to me and I think I may bulk buy all the current releases of that one before they release so many volumes it becomes a small fortune to get.
And the newest installment of Black Lagoon is set to release in August which I am excited for since it's been years since anything Black Lagoon related has come out.

Is that USD? I need that set… Yeah, Rightstuf is in the US. Was one of the first places I ever ordered anime from back in the early 90's. I'm going to wait to see if Amazon.ca lists it at release first. If not I may order it from them. |
