I should've been clearer. While they shouldn't have the DLC stuff, it's not a requirement not to.
Not using the DLC parts is just an easier way for those of us (myself included at current time) who don't have the DLC yet to be able to book those edits on events.
Just make sure you put in the description that they contain DLC parts.

Please remove Skully from the collection as I never intended to have her included in Public collections outside of my own.
There has also been some confusion from people who think she's a Skull Trauma edit, when it's not.
Emu is fine, though - I don't believe he's had any DLC parts added to him as far as I can recall.
