Up next is another rare scan. The original instruction manual for the Gameboy port of Pro-Wrestling (known as HAL Wrestling
outside of Japan) from 1990.
Pro-Wrestling was the spiritual successor to the classic 8-bit Nintendo version, and the first version to feature HUMAN
Entertainment's namesake.
Check out the Wrestler interview section of this manual for my personal translations:
The front and back cover. The cover features Akira Maeda dropkicking Big Van Vader. This would be the first time Vader was featured in any HUMAN
Wrestling game; fresh off the heel's infamous feud with Antonio Inoki.
Pages 2 to 3: proper storage instructions and system layout.
Pages 4 to 5: game modes overview, match start, and match results explanation.
Pages 6 to 7 explain Elimination Match mode, 2 Player mode and rules.
Pages 8 to 9: interview with participating Wrestlers.
