This tool allows you to change the move data for all the moves in the game.
It allows you to change the base damage for various damage settings, the bleeding rate, the critical type, the offensive and defensive parameters, the legality of the move, etc.
It's not recommended for casual players, though it's incapable of screwing anything up permanently or anything (all the move data is saved some place else). The master move list is NOT sorted and it will never be so...the list needs to stay in the order the moves appear in the game data.
