Okay, so here's something that's been bothering me about this mod - when I use it, the game and music often skip during matches. Is that supposed to happen?

It's one of those side effects that I can't figure out.
There is literally no extra code running after the window pops up, but it causes a small stutter.

I see. Well, I hope someone's able to figure it out one day.

Is there a way to flag edits you upload so people know they could potentially have modded moves?
I've gotten to a point where I can't tell which moves or modded or which ones are in the game and I'm concerned I may upload or may have uploaded edits that have modded moves. I'll try to fix this over time but with hundreds of original edits, and small subset of those on the workshop, I'm going back over them as time permits. But I don't want to be a jerk and like break someone's game or something.

A lot of people put an "M" in front of the name of edits that have modded moves to let them know. You can put it int the bio/description too.

You can no longer upload edits with modded moves. They do not appear in your list of potential uploads.
This also means you can use that list to see which of your already uploaded edits might have modded moves, by seeing if they appear in your current upload list. If they have modded moves, the desired course of action is to disallow downloads (set to private) until you've removed them all and the edit is vanilla compatible.

I know none of my currently uploaded edits have modded moves. This is good info I was scared to even try to upload anything for risk of messing someone else's stuff up.

Yeah, if you use the mod suite along with this, it'll prevent you from uploading offending edits.
For what it's worth, even if you don't want a single other feature from the mod suite, if you use the MovePack, you should use it for this alone, because that's one of Spike's biggest concerns, and I could see them banning folks in the future for repeated reported offenses.

I really appreciate it. I uploaded about 50 edits after you told me it would prevent me from messing things up!

I'm having an issue with this mod, in fact I've had it since i first downloaded but I didn't want to bug you guys. I get an error everytime I open the game saying certain moves can't be found. Am I somehow missing some moves? Should I redownload the mod and use the patcher again? It wasn't that much of an issue until I installed the Motw mod and now my game is locking up.

Redownload the movepack.
MotW doesn't effect moves, so that's just a coincidence.

Is it possible to remove some of the moves? I've tried cutting out the files or editing the LoadOrder.dat but it just causes errors.
(I know I can ignore the moves I don't want but I prefer to have a streamlined list if I can.)
