I have a few wrestlers who say they’re missing moves but the person who created them didn’t favorite the moves he used. And it doesn’t tell me how to find them. It just gives me an ID. Can anyone help me find ways on how to look up the moves with the ID or what I can do?

Take whatever number the missing IDs are and insert them at the end of a Workshop link. Workshop links have an id=<numbers> at the end of the links. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2543176293 is an example. So -- steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=XXXXXXXXXX and replace the X's with the move ID. You'll need to use your browser for it to find the links to moves. Copy the name of the moves from the links into the Workshop and you'll be able to subscribe that way. Or you can log into the Workshop on your browser using your Steam information and do it that way.

Omg thank you so much. I kept just typing the IDs in the search bar. Thank you this is extremely helpful!
