Now that we have a BEAUTIFUL ring for the forum and I've got my RL edits all sorted out, I think it is time for me to start seeing what all the hub-bub is about. So! I'm looking to download and create a promotion reflecting the community and wanted to reach out and ask for some suggestions!
What are the 3 or 4 or more edits that you think are a good representation of your style and/or you just think that they are really rad?
What other information should have about them that would help with their representation or help me get into the edit. Also, are they heels or faces or neither?
I pretty much only do pro-wrestling modes so please no cement or pro-wrestling unfriendly edits!
Thanks for your time and really excited to be able to finally dive into the community work!
*Note: if you have suggested edits to me in the past through discord, I'm sorry but my memory is not great and this has been a hellish summer so I figured that this would be a good way for me to keep track of recommendations*

Cowboy Johnston is the quintessential big boned, Lone Star drinking, good hearted Texan style wrestler, with a few more tricks up his sleeve. He's my top star.
Crusher Honda is a terrifying destroyer of everything she encounters. Her Modus Operandi is to drop opponents on their heads until their heads break.
G.P. Christopher is a son of inner city Philly, and grew up admiring 90s puroresu, and is part of the extreme fed, PEWA. He's well known for his ability to have great, fast paced matches with about anyone.
Felice Santana is the daughter of Felix Santana Jr(who is one of my best workers, as well), and is a high flying dynamo with a bubbly personality and top tier elite athleticism when it comes to her otherworldly agility.
Check my Odds and Ends collection to find them all, and more.
Also I probably should have mentioned my own edit, Senator Steve Philips, he's a hard striking technician who's just a bit past his physical prime, but makes up for it with craftiness and experience. His Filibuster uranage has defeated many opponents through the years.

Off the top of my head, and avoid my more well-known characters... William King: Physical brawler with a killer submission finisher. Very loosely based off of Eddie Kingston and Minoru Suzuki style-wise. Good representation of my priority style; has multiple branches for priority chains and multiple ways to set up his main finisher: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=972984656LIBRA: Lucharesu guy with head droppy finishers. Really happy with how he turned out, basically a junior heavyweight that could fit in with a Lucha Underground-style roster. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1218225316Honey Badger: Hardcore masked female wrestler. Hard choice for which of my female edits to highlight but this is one I went most experimental with... also havent made a proper writeup for this one and many others, need to work on that sometime. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1310341751
But really if you like any of my edits go ahead and add them to it, just let me know which ones so I can provide input. Most of them are pro wrestler style.

Zachariah Zealot - My main edit and who I probably spend the most time focusing on in terms of character. Spent what seems like 5 years in a feud with Allen Riggs to eventually lose his FPCPP title shot. I don't parade him around in too many feds so I book him selectively. Parachute Rousseau - My goofball comedy edit and the butt of many jokes. Every fed need one of those. Molly Cule - My main joshi/women's edit. A fun babyface. Amber Guesa - It's a wrestling hamburger. What's not to love? Human Hot Dog probably applies here as well. Obviously I have more great edits, but I've been very lazy in terms of completing them. More will come soon though so stay tuned. You can go here for my edits I've made: steamcommunity.com/id/Zealot97/myworkshopfiles/?appid=564230

Hana Brightly is my main edit. She's basically an underdog babyface with fragile, please don't touch, arms. They've been Critical'd on many occasions. She loses more than she wins, but she usually showcases a valiant effort along the way. It's weird describing the edit, since it feels as though I'm writing in the third person. There's also a version where she became ~*POPULAR*~. Besos is probably my most popular edit after Hana. She's a luchadora who's all about love. Her finish is what her name implies, but that doesn't mean she can't take the air and finish matches with her 450 Hearts of Love either. I had to make seperate version which could kiss boys too.Strawberry Sookie is probably my most popular heel edit. Everyone screams "BLACK IN THE RYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" whenever her entrance music hits, so it's fun. She was basically designed as Hana's antithesis, and has her own faction called the "Strawberry Club" which consists of her boyfriend, Eddy Introspect and Penelope Lea. I still need to make the other members of her faction though.

My edits are collected in my sig below. My Main edit is (obviously) TheDenizen. He's an angry beardo, basically a tweener because he's never happy even though people seem to like him. Wrestled for a while in the ZIP JAPAN Junior Division where he became obsessed with dropping people on their heads. As for other edits that are over with the community and fun to watch? Wataru Nakajima is the Patriarch of ZIP JAPAN, a grumpy old bastard who has been around forever, but just refuses to retire. He's a babyface. Thunder Fist is a relative newcomer to ZIP JAPAN, he mostly wrestled in my old FPR e-fed LLAMMA Pro, but has formed a pretty successful tag team with Nakajima over the past few months. He has massive forearms and mostly just punches people to death. Started out as a monster heel but turned face when everyone loved him. Ichiro Katagiri is one of my Junior aces and current ZIP JAPAN Junior Champion. He's a vicious, arrogant heel who is also known as "Knees of Death" because he likes to knee people in the face. A lot. Mad Bomber is also a cool edit, a masked madman and former ZIP JAPAN Heavyweight Champ. He's a nasty heel who uses his brutal power to pummel opponents down before he breaks out his arsenal of many, many powerbomb variations. That's a good little taster, if you like what you see, check out the other edits in my collection as well

SHTCW:a Collection: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1338093894
Take a look through there and see who you like! But if I had to cut it down to five people that I feel best represent SHTCW:a and its multi-disciplinary approach (and the edits I'm most proud of appearance/logic-wise): Alouette: Arguably the premiere luchadora in SHTCW:a. Probably my most intricate and best edit when it comes to appearance, especially for a masked edit. That owl face was a bitch to get right, but I love it. High-flying babyface who plays to the crowd. I love her. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1145430117Mayday Malone: The multi-time SHTCW:a Champion who came out of nowhere from the midcard to become a fan favourite and face of SHTCW:a overnight in the Season One opener tournament for the vacant championship. She CRITS like no one's business with her Swing for the Fences Elbow (Sliding D). steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1118324983steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1325829418 (alternate costumes) steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1435923732 (Milwaukee Brewers costumes for the 49th Parallel tournament) Will Craddock: Arguably my most well-known edit. Former SHTCW:a Champ, founder of SHTCW:a, now full owner of SHTCW:a as of the Season Finale. Think of an American junior very heavily influenced by Misawa. He's been my own personal stand-in edit for every iteration of wrestling video game since, like, No Mercy. Comic-book inspired attires, workrate out the ass, booked as an ace of the company so he'll go long and hard ( ). You want some Strong Style-inspired work rate? He'll give it to you. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1140283807&searchtext=Will+CraddockCJ Fresh: Arguably my other most popular edit alongside Nikki Knux. CJ is W O R K R A T E personified. Never slows down, shows off like a motherfucker. Has a super-over finisher in the Fresh Drop that can also dump edits to the outside and that's always fun. Very heavily-influenced by modern indy styles but I'd like to think he also knows how to have fun and I worked hard to play into that part of the character, sometimes at the expense of winning. He shows off and dances but he can also kick someone's damned head off. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1096566993&searchtext=CJ+FreshCan't narrow it down for my fifth, but I try to emphasize tag teams in SHTCW:a, which can be a bit hard since the game isn't much a fan of tag team logic. None the less I'd say my most over (and most well-rounded logic-wise) tag team is the Beat-Alls. Now former champs, they ruled the SHTCW:a tag ranks and get the most love on streams. John Pepper (the brains): steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1118716758&searchtext=John+PepperGeorge Eggman (the braun): steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1370829958&searchtext=George+EggmanAnd from the deathmatch division, if you're not into tag teams, Lady Dirtbag. Just an all-around badass, undersized fighter who I've tried to ensure can hang with "the big guys." They'll give it their all, and fuck anyone up. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1171596619

My roster is small, and I love them all equally . But these guys probably reflect my collection the best.
My first edit, and the original/only one I made for FPR. He's the top babyface for my efed Warrior Pro.
My top heel, and my most "popular" edit on steam (popular being a relative term). He's bad shit crazy.
A weird cross of Ted Dibiase and Ric Flair (or at least that's how I imagined it in my head), Doc is a dirty cheat, doing whatever he thinks necessary to win.

I've talked about Kai Lo at length in other places, he represents a big chunk of my logic mindset, and is probably dead center in terms of power level among my guys. He's a dirtyfighting anti-junior that wears the other guy down with a mixture of sneaky roughhousing and martial arts. Stevie Splice is built to lose more than most, and is the edit I'll use to gauge other people's edit's winrate and pacing and is also my fetish edit. He's the cruisiest of weights and will wrestle as such. Mammal is built to win more than most, and represents what I think the ideal firepro squash edit should be built like. She's a big girl and does big girl things. And of course, there's SOAK. He's built around the community standard of long match workrate, does a sumo thing, finishes on a flying butt bump.

Heroic Emu is easily my most iconic edit. He's a complete parody of the "dumb flippy shit indy wrestler" with some legitimate references (and not so legitimate references: The modded edit has a Dab taunt) thrown in. I've spent more time than I care to admit to working on this edit over the years. The only reason this edit even exists is because of all the help I've gotten from the community with him. It's rather complex to go into detail. Jessica Shields is unwavering patriotic spirit personified (obligatory "America! Fuck yeah!"). She's the cross-section of several patriotic gimmicks including, but not necessarily limited to: Kurt Angle, Lex Luger, and The Patriot. She was my second attempt to make a Hulk Hogan/comeback-style edit. She's built to be a tank, with skills in most areas of wrestling expertise. She will almost always finish on the Figure Fourth of July (Modified Figure Four), and will occasionally bust out the Red, White, and Blue Thunder Bomb (Dinosaur Buster). She has a tendency to botch her Spaceman Suicide Dive (Firehawk gave it a name, but I forget what it is) to the outside. MAXIMA is the definition of flash. Everything she does involves some sort of complex spin, flip, or otherwise over-the-top rotation. She also has an unhealthy obsession with her butt. Just her's. She's designed to be a gender-swap of El Stingray from CAPCOM's Muscle Bomber/Saturday Night Slam Masters. TIKI is one of many supernatural edits on my roster. Her gimmick is a voodoo witch doctor. She is the leader of the (currently WIP) Mistfire Coven - a group of witch doctors entrusted by the omnipresent Great Vodu (their "god"). I spent most of my time attempting to engineer a Mist Attack -> Big Fire sequence and it's since become her most unique feature. She's quite possibly one of my most recognizable (and "over") edits. UGAA~! Or get out. Tlaloc is the usurper King of the Atlantean Empire, the underseas empire that encompasses the world's oceans in the alternate universe of Space Mexico. His niece is Princess Tali Triton. His beard and Moonsault are the most iconic of anyone on my roster. He is colloquially known as "Dad Beard" by most people in the FPWA community. I have a whole lot more edits in my TYPHOON PRO Collection linked in my signature. This is only the tip of the iceberg.

Man, you edit makers are amazing ! It's a good thing roster is only limited by hard drive space . I have used some of y'alls edits for a long time. This thread though has already shown me many more great characters I have to work in somewhere.
