My best friend is a 40 something year old Japanese dude and as I’m typing this I feel like I should invite him to join this board. Even if he doesn’t join I’ll run these past him. Super Brother could definitely be from the Cho Aniki games. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cho_AnikiCho Aniki literally means Super Big Brother and those games are notorious for being weird and crappy which would match with the description at the bottom. |

Cho Aniki huh. Never expected that in Fire Pro, but that's very possible. Where I am as of now.  Uchu Power X should be *NEW*, Sting should be Big Titan. A lot of the wrestlers that have no *NEW* markings still are interesting given it is a version of them in 1993. Just take Satoshi Kojima for exemple, that would be him as a Young Lion, prior to his excursion! Shinjiro Otani was a year removed from being in training. So, lots of interesting stuff in here. |

Its so crazy that Verne Gagne and Bruno Sammartino were not in Fire Pro other than the guides... 59 bottom should be Azuma Sanshiro, I messed up when I first typed it in. Soritaka Samura: where it says model says: "He's a high school student who can be called the king of destruction." In the bottom section it says: The main character of the manga. It is the center of Muay Thai and Kobudo up to 10 volumes. Its Special Move is the Sleeper that beat the opponent in Volume 10.The striking system is strong, but it is weak when thrown because it is lightweight I'm not good at Japanese and I don't know much about manga but this dude seems like he could be Soritaka. ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%A0%B4%E5%A3%8A%E7%8E%8B%E3%83%8E%E3%83%AA%E3%82%BF%E3%82%AB! The Model Section is it. The real name is there. Not Always. For some of them it is literally their name: Bruce Lee. Others it just gives a perfect clue: Friday the 13th for Jason. Zangief's just says the guy from a certain game or something not clear at all other than the fact it's obviously Zangief. The Model Section for Super Brother has Cho Aniki written in it so I would be 100% sure if it wasn't so weird. |

And I'll put SUPER BROTHER down as Cho Aniki and might make it a multi-character/appearences edit. The two "Brothers" each get costumes at least.
I wonder if we'll get the guy from Hajime No Ippo, that'd be awesome.

Or rather, actor Hana Hajime's rendition of the character that would become Viktor in the games, as seen in a 1970's TV Series.

Ironic I talked about Hajime No Ippo and I get a guy named Hajime and it's not from Hajime No Ippo.

Yes. 58 Bottom's name is Super Raigan, the model info says he's a wrestler under a mask, which doesn't help. And his finisher is a dropkick. I thought it was a Vader alt.  |

It says Super Raiden in Katakana. It says hes the former villain of a fighting game. It might be Raiden... but I'll see what it says below the bottom part talks about shoulder tackles and poison fog and being L size.

I think the top one is just Hana Hajime. It says he is the leader of the crazy cats, which was a group he was in, and it says he's not a wrestler but a big fan. I'm not seeing anything about Suikoden...
