I'm assuming this is the correct place to ask this. Has anyone made any "Cage" moves? Like rubbing your opponents head into the cage, I'm thinking it might be possible using the "rope trailing". Or just more throws into the cage. Was curious if anyone had developed any cage moves yet. Thank you in advance.

Nah there are no “cage” moves to be made. Its possible with mods but the AI basically never interacts with the cage so its not really worth it

That's a really great idea! 💡
I haven't seen anyone try it yet. You may need to access the cage in Match Maker mode to do that and I don't think I know whether that is possible. I never even though to try something like that.
My guess is that you can do it with the mod pack but maybe not with the regular DLC?
Edit: LOL Lanky beat me to it by two minutes 👏

And I guess even with Rope Trailing, if there's not a chance for blood then what's the point. But I would love to see some more throws into the cage.

I just want a cage match to feel like an important step in a feud, and for the most part it does not. I mentioned to Lanky if the Rope Trailing doesn't have a chance for blood then it doesn't really matter. But that's the only move I thought some of the "Move Creators" could tweak to where it looked like they were grinding the head on the cage. But like I said, if there were just more throws into the cage I think I would be content. Or also if the AI escape mode was improved. I was thinking in SWA matches you can set the TKO to 5, which is what I do for my Last Man Standing matches. If the AI escape was set to 5, and in attempted escapes 1-4 the opponent pulls you off the cage that would make for some very exciting cage matches. When I have a feud, 1st match=No DQ/C.O., 2nd=Cage, 3rd=LMS, 4th= Barbed wire or Landmine(i roll a die to decide), 5th=60min Ironman match(use 2/3 falls & keep track of the time). So for me the Cage match is missing something that matches 3-5 provide.

You can increase blood chance for any move, so you could make a version thats a gusher if you wanted

Sup guys, I finally bought a laptop and have the game. I have a question about changing the bar at the bottom that displays the buttons. I know you can have that bar show what each thing does, I just cant find the button to do it with the keyboard. Anybody knows how to change that? Thanks in advance.
EDIT - Another question. I have been editing a few moves that were originally chops, and I've made them punches, like the rolling chop in Standing (BIG). The problem is that, even though I changed the SFX to punch, in the ringside test still sounds like a chop. Any way to fix that?

One of the shift keys will show instructions. Where did you change the sound setting? On the impact frame?

I changed it in the Status tab at the top. I think it's the Status tab. It's where you can change if the move goes in what category of moves, like Punch, Kick, etc. I didn't select a frame to change the SFX, just there.

So for me the Cage match is missing something that matches 3-5 provide. Yeah, Cage matches feel so empty to me because the CPU barely acknowledges it unless it's escape cage rules and then it basically turns into rope climb in gym class with two guys trying to climb up the cage the fastest! 😁 I wish the CPU would make more use of the cage but also we need more abilities for that to even happen. One thing I like to do when playing 1P matches is corner them on the apron between the cage and inside of the ring and just nail them with strikes. There's no way to get the CPU to do that. Being able to actually create moves that interact with the cage was a genius idea 💡 It really would have allowed us to do more with the cage as a weapon and as a ladder. Using SWA rules in the cage would be a great idea too. Sup guys, I finally bought a laptop and have the game. I have a question about changing the bar at the bottom that displays the buttons. That's great news that you were able to get a laptop and have access to FPW!! I hope that you enjoy it 😄 Lanky got to your second question. Unfortunately, I'm not really sure about the first question. Are you talking about button configuration in settings menu?

I'm trying to paste together the Reverse Waterwheel Drop (MED Front Grapple) with Lift and Drop (Mount Position Counter), and it looks good, but as soon as the attacker is on the guard position, they just stand up. I want it to stay in the guard, so I can use a Guard Position move. How do I do that?

Finally, I was successful in creating a Springboard Double Knee Press and Running Spaceman Double Knee Press, but given that my luck is totally shitty, and this edit hates my guts, I have yet to see them happen in a match despite all of her logic settings pointing to being able to do them.
Perhaps changing her Fighting/Return Styles will fix it. I always forget about that.
I'll show them off if I can get them to happen, if not, I'll gif them in the Move-Set editor instead.

I was finally able to gif these. I'm really happy with how they've turned out. Unfortunately the Up/Away-From-Camera angles are a little bit janky, but I'll get it figured at some point. The first two are the standard Springboard Double Knee Press: The third gif is of the Running Springboard variation:
