so i've made....a bit too many of these things. that considered, all of them stats-wise are balanced to an even 184 or so, so while there are characters in here that seem to be a bit stronger than the others, there's no real imbalance i can think of also head's up, almost none of these are real wrestlers. there's a couple, but it's mostly fighting games, movie characters, and musicians. so if that's your jam, hope ya enjoy! the collection can be found here. there's a couple of rings and refs in there too. will be updating this topic when i release something new, because i already got something else in the pipeline. see ya soon!

for the first character made after this thread was posted, it's one of the line-up of wrestlers i'm making per request for an event i'm doing....the wal-mart smiley. yeaaah. so the story behind this one actually goes back more than a decade; back in 2003 or so, i stumbled upon a depository containing a gallery of hacked costumes for dead or alive 3. unfortunately i can no longer find the pictures (the mod itself may still be floating around though), but one contained bayman who was now a transparent body save for a pair of white gloves and a flat smiley face, to which i recall it was captioned 'wal-mart smiley' i made a post about it somewhere a long time ago that i can no longer find, but the friend that requested this certainly remembered it, and here he is, complete with bayman's moveset from doa5 (thank god for those movelist overview videos so i don't have to buy these games). so with that, standard commando sambo stuff here, despite the absence of any legs which doesn't stop him from using them appearance-wise he's a bit, uh, haunting looking, but as another friend asked, 'would you want it any other way?' great deals heresomething else that occurred to me too; after a while i fell out of attaching themes to these characters. that'll probably stay the same unless people want them back, but i don't even really use them anyway next up: a celebrity playing another celebrity

Oh my god, you have to make the K-Mart Bluelight Special Lightbulb for the ULTIMATE FEUD. the funny thing is i almost gave him a finisher called The Bluelight Special but thankfully realized in time that that was k-mart, not wal-mart definitely in the pipeline after i'm done this project though!

and now, steven seagal! or will sasso playing him, because honestly it's a hell of a lot better than having the real one around. it's another request it's strange that of all things, a sketch show provided me with a ton of moveset material, but here we are. that one 'behind the scenes' skit gave me all the jumping off turnbuckle moves i ever needed, in particular. lots of neck snaps included, per canon download here or you'll get uh, that disease you get with your teeth, uh, what's it called again?next up, the protagonist of some 60's comic i have absolutely no knowledge of but i made him anyway because requests!

and now, here's...uh...[shrug] the most i know about this request was from a google search i did about 10 minutes ago. trashy james-bond-esque comic from the 70's that was apparently printed in military mags (uh yikes) where an assassin named john gets brainwashed a bunch of times. it looks honestly kinda terrible. the requester thankfully sent me a few alt costumes to use. that's about it his movelist is a combination of jax and johnny cage's moves from mkx. i have a method for making movelists regarding characters i have no reference for move-wise that i may explain later, but he became a pretty typical american-style wrestler as a result. punches a bit more, though i mistakenly had this character named 'jack' at one pointnext up, an akira toriyama character that i also know nothing about!

this is the only dbz-related thing i'll ever make. but i like this guy's design honestly so it's ok enter jaco the galactic patrolman. tried basing his moves off of dbz xenoverse but it kinda just ended up being a luchador-type set i made up on the fly since he was requested to be of that class anyway. really strained my imagination coming up with alt outfits, and as a result he has alt palettes that reference a FPD Rally DLC character, the original X-Box, and what is essentially an awful pun patrol space herenext up, not one, but THREE protagonists of kenji eno's D series! hoo boy.

and now, a character created by a developer that, imo, puts all the other 'wacky developers' to shame and still does to this day enter the D series. this one's a sega saturn adventure game starring a lady who is 'played' by the same 'actress' in the other games. yeah, i dunno. 'digital actresses' apparently. she's sort of a heel fighter, except she's the 'mysterious' class to allow her more freedom with her moves. which includes lariats, dropkicks, and several attempts to eat the opponent "LAURRRRRA. LAUUURRRRA"enemy zero comes next

that's awesome, glad to see he's more well known than i thought! with that, the second D protagonist. even though she's not from D2. i don't know how that works. comes mute because i'm not sure the character in this one even made noises. for fighting style, think of alex from sf3 but more agile and with more stand-up strikes these alt outfits are exhausting to think ofnext up is the actual protagonist of D2, after that are two musicians i've never listened to (y'all might've though) and then i'll be done with the requests. thinking of tackling the full roster of my favorite weird fighting game of all time, battle monsters. we'll see how that goes!

aaand within the same day, here she is! fighting style is pretty focused on being fast and damaging, but she trades that for lukewarm defense to balance it out the ending to this game was weird as hellnow to take a break and work on the other two tomorrow!

not quite tomorrow, but i got this one done all the same second-to-last request, lead singer of a band i've heard one song by. american style, alternates between holds and striking moves depending on damage level as a little experiment more like...Sisters of WWF No Mercyone more request and then i'll finally be moving onto the project i have in mind

and requests done! and also a collaboration a friend offered. let's start with the request as usual with most of these requests, i have no idea about any of her material, but here she is. technical style which has a penchant for waiting for her opponent to be worn down by strikes before she goes in for the holds and pins oh hey she made a duet with meatloafand now, for a character a buddy made the appearance for to pump up the number of yu yu hakusho characters on the workshop enter the often sloshed off his ass captain of the 'jolly devil six' team, which is one of the best team names i've ever heard. a lot of his moves are taken from the arcade/ps2 fighting game. he of course has a lot of headbutts, because it wouldn't be chu without bashing his own head against somebody else's *hurls due to drinking too much*and now my current project, aside from actually video editing the event that all these requests were for, i'm going to tackle the entire roster of battle monsters for the sega saturn! i did three of them already so albiole, heart heat harn/headless harn and deathmask are in the can, but i'll be working on the rest on-and-off for the time being. started making the final boss(es) stay tuned

okay, been away for a while, but i got 4 new things to drop on y'all! i guess maybe technically 7, if you count the big 4 as 4....anyway: kicked off the continuation of my battle monsters conversions with the final boss(es); this edit combines all 4 of them, where they're all represented by costumes and their move references are all combined into one moveset. this was an interesting experiment to figure out how to make a 'boss' character; they're not exactly invincible but they're intimidating to go up against, mostly because if charged up enough, their finisher lobs off an absolutely devastating amount of health their finisher name, by the way, is a joke about how behemoth's punch rush reminds me a lot of dudley from street fighter 3's 'rolling thunder'. so there's that. bizarrely this was the most popular character for a week yet only 25 people downloaded them out of 103 views. ouchthen after them is the gladiator that yells more often than is necessary. you can see i had a bit of a problem putting together a good barbarian/viking helmet but it came out pretty good in the end move-set wise was surprisingly easy to translate; his chokeslam throw is actually interpreted in three different ways, and the 'mach punch rush' move combined with him screaming is a pitch-perfect replica of his super in the game. quite proud of this one overall (BARBARIAN SCREAMING)damn. i guess actually you could technically count these as 8 characters? the clown goth cavemen twins (seriously, this roster, i swear....) were actually extremely difficult to translate into a fire pro moveset, but i went through with it all the same. they're a bit gimmicky, having high compatibility for a lot of their very agile moves with sizable offense and very ho-hum defense across the board, so another very interesting experiment to do i'm sorry for the lame third outfit idea but i was running low on outfit ideas for these twoand lastly, in the midst of this cult sega saturn fighting game business, inspiration randomly struck with the influx of def jam fight for ny content on the workshop lately; enter the lady i was going to start playing in that game before i was informed she is the second worst character of the entire cast tier-wise! (still better than masa, apparently) honestly wasn't aware who she was at the time, i just thought she looked really cool. finding out she's a fashion designer made outfit ideas a breeze, to say the least! everything i could translate from djffny is included into her moveset, including two 'parts' of her finisher (had to toy with priority attack a fair bit), and because the game lacks ground holds, back grapples or pins, i had to carry everything from her front grapple moves to back grapple equivalents. even though she is finished, i'm still messing with her AI a bit, but should be in a good state as is face it, honey, you just can't keep up with memore battle monsters coming soon, but might be interspersed with def jam content, not to mention i've been eyeing 'ring rage' lately...

I thought Kimora Lee was an original character like the Scotty 2 Hotty look-a-like that I loved to play as in Def Jam. Only see her on the E! Network years later and absolutely losing my mind. Hahaha. Your edit of her turned out great. I'd love to see more Def Jam characters! Especially their original character list like Chuckles (I think his name was Chuckles, I loved his pogo stick move) and I think his name was Snow Man? He had a cool pedigree-like Blazing Move. It's been so long sine I last played!
