CER3ERUS TRIOS TOURNAMENT 2020

Echo Geeses thoughts, very good show and the production was fantastic. It really did feel like watching an episode of actual wrestling TV. All of the matches delivered IMO and obviously I'm ecstatic that Chad won the 3-way and earned himself a title shot.
This will be Chads first official title shot in a community e-fed so it means a lot to me. Not only that but for it to against Kristofferson, whose handler was the first person to regularly book Chad in his Lightning League all those years ago, is a great "full circle" moment for both Chad and I.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job you've done with these shows and how appreciative I am that my edits can be involved.

I have to admit going in that I had my doubts about the iron man match as an hour in Fire Pro can often feel like an eternity. However, I’m happy to say that I was wrong :)

Not only did the iron man mod help the match to flow more smoothly than I imagined but the storytelling and edit behaviour was on point too. Kazuo called his shot and made it an iron man match, scored the first pinfall yet went on to lose in the end. Character wise, had he not been so cocky he technically would’ve retained the title had it been a regular match. I also liked how Kazuo seemed desperate to score a pinfall towards the end, like he knew he fucked up and could see that the end of his reign was near.

I don’t know if that was intentional booking or a happy accident but it worked a treat.

It works really well too since arrogance has always been Saji's achilles heel. Even though he has matured a lot over the past few years, you can tell he let the success of holding onto this title for so long get to his head. So he reverted to "cocky Chrome" and made an impulsive mistake as a result.  Then he spent the end of the match realizing his blunder and was desperate to not just win, but to not lose as a result of his mistake.  This loss definitely got to him and hopefully it forces him to continue to mature.  It's bittersweet having such a great reign end this way since it was within his power to have won the match and retained the Title.  The match itself was great and a fitting way to crown a new Champion but he really feels his recklessness in losing the Title based on his own arrogance in choosing this match. Hopefully this will cause him to evolve further 😎
