Death Yama-San getting no love in people’s predictions lol
Forgot about that one; She's probably in, which makes me think most of this roster will be non-gaijin.
The *only* gaijin I think has a guaranteed in would be in is Bea, and even then, it's up to Rossy who gets in ~ SLK got in the last one because he insisted she be in it.
The other gaijin featured were all on short term touring contracts. So it's unlikely we'll see Martina, Zoey, Zoe, Bobbi, Leyla. Jamie might be on a full/part-time contract ~ Not 100% sure on that one. So, maybe Jamie, but that's it.
Riho I'm almost certain is on a part-time contract or else she (probably) wouldn't have the High-Speed Title. She's barely shown up on AEW programming and she's their Women's Champion. Her schedule is scattered, to say the least.
Guilia was confirmed. Don't think Maika and/or Syuri are. Adding the latter two "Just because of Guilia" is pretty far-fetched considering the last DLC pack didn't include several other missing faction members.
That said:
Riho, Tall Saya, Short Saya, and Itsuki fill in STARS, but these aren't confirmed ~ possible that both Sayas are in at the least.
Leo and Hina would help fill in Queen's Quest, but I don't think either are particularly likely and depending if she's included, Bea may be a part of Queen's Quest as well, but I'm hazarding a guess because she wasn't included last time.
Konami and Yama-San help fill in TCS, but that leaves Rina and Ruaka who I don't think will be in.
Guilia is in her own faction at this point. She might be in solo, however. I'm almost certain this was Rossy's call. This doesn't mean Maika and Syuri are in.
Natsu, Natsuko, and Saki weren't included last time, but they make up Oedo Tai. Saki may be included as STARS depending on the chosen time period Bea and Jamie might be included here, but since they're gaijin, it seems unlikely.
I'm repeating the gaijin VS non-gaijin argument because it seems highly unlikely that the gaijin are being included at all. If anything, the gaijin would bring some new headbases and voices, but probably not enough unique attire pieces.

Beyond this point, just some things I hope are in, but may not be included:
Generic moves: Foot Stomp because AZM, Saki, Riho, Mayu, among others, all use it. Maybe some new kick variations too. A Spinning Soccer Ball Kick would be interesting. A Grounded Buzzsaw Kick. Arisa has a couple of unique strikes too. Grapple Mist Attack; Running Counter Mist Attack.
Other moves not added by the first Stardom DLC: Arisa's Springboard Cutter (Front Grapple), Utami's Spinning Deadlift German Suplex (Back Grapple) Arisa's personal taunt, SLK's personal taunt, among others.
