Super late posting this, but finally got around to it. Replay's on YouTube. PCP: Championship Carnival ResultOver The Top Rope Battle Royal
Tiger Newton vs. Hoss Mack Jr. vs. Iceman Barrett vs. David Quinn vs. Kenny Bread vs. Robbie Robert (GTP) vs. Sean Broussard (MWWC) vs. Prince Kitsune (TSP) Winner @ 21:34 - David QuinnPrince Kitsune made the trip down I-65 to be a last minute addition. Tiger Newton started things off by tossing Hoss Mack Jr. over the top rope. Soon after, David Quinn eliminated Sean Broussard. Kenny Bread had a moment getting rid of Robbie Roberts. Kitsune built momentum eliminating Iceman Barrett, Kenny Bread, and Tiger Newton in quick succession. It came down to Kitsune and Quinn to see who would go on to victory, and then something strange happened. Quinn locked Kitsune in a submission hold and it appears the outside official made an error in judgment, and called for the bell. Technically David Quinn won, but an appeal could change the result. PCP Tag Team Title Tournament - 2nd Round Gears of War (Clash & Riot) (WPW) vs. The Quinn’s (Alfred & Trevor) Winners @ 49:08 - The Quinn’s This started out evenly enough before GOW took over. GOW looked like they had victory multiple times, but the Quinn’s ring awareness prevented the three count. The Quinn’s took a prolonged beating, before finally finding the right moment to hit one of their signature tag moves to get the upset, and advance to the finals. Chaos Crew (Cordell Chaos & Alex Beats) vs. Binge & Purge (Nick Hetfield & Justin Loomis) Winners @ 22:07 - Chaos CrewA good match that saw Cordell Chaos once again get the pinfall for his team. One has to wonder if the shorter match will be an advantage for the Chaos Crew in the finals. PCP Heavyweight Championship (c) Darryl Jenkins vs. Rampage Hunter (Warrior Pro) Winner – No ContestThe two combatants were in the ring with the match about to start, when King Felix III appeared at the entrance curtain, with a microphone in hand. At this point Felix was joined by two men, who looked like they were about to board a Mardi Gras float. The three men proceeded to jump Jenkins and Rampage. The champion and challenger put up a valiant effort trying to overcome the assault, but the king and his goons stood tall at the end. PCP Tag Team Championship The Quinn’s vs. Chaos Crew Winners @ 6:59 – The Quinn’sThe Quinn’s wasted no time time showing how tough they are. It was as if the previous fifty minutes against GOW had no effect. Alex Beats submitted to headbutts from Trevor Quinn. Cordell Chaos was visibly upset at Alex Beats, for falling apart in the finals. After a rough stretch, The Quinn’s showed why they’re considered one of the greatest tag teams ever in the area. Tim Thomson got in the ring to interview the new champs, but Alfred took the microphone and insisted Thomson leave, before saying “Ain’t much to say but we’re celabratin’ old school tonight. Y’all come see us at The Blue’s Lounge, me and my brothers are gonna be playin’ your favorite blues tunes all night long.” The Quinn’s clink their titles together, before exiting the ring. Backstage, after getting ejected from the ring by the Quinn’s, Tim Thomson tried to ask the PCP owner, Gambler Gorham about the actions of King Felix, but all Gorham said was “Everything will be addressed soon.” before congratulating the Quinn’s as they walked backstage.

The day after PCP’s last event, a local super fan saw Big Bama Ray walking out of a grocery store, and asked for a photo. Ray, always eager to meet fans, obliged. After the photo Ray engaged in conversation with the fan, who recorded the encounter.
Fan: So, why wasn’t you at the show last night?
Bama: Ah man, I’m taking some time away. Just seemed like I couldn’t get a win when it mattered. Shoot, I couldn’t even watch last night’s show, but I know Jenkins and Rampage tore the roof off the place.
Fan: Did you hear what happened?
Bama: Did Rampage win or something?
Fan: They didn’t even have the match. That King Felix guy interfered with these masked dudes, and they beat up on Jenkins and Rampage. I wish you were there, I know you would have done something about it.
Bama: What?…They did what?...I woulda...Ah, who am I kiddin, they probably didn’t need ol’ Bama anyway.
Bama: I know Jenkins and Rampage are going to come back strong. Anyway, I need to get outta here before this food goes bad.

Turning Tide
At an old local dive bar, a sad country song is playing from the jukebox. Most of the people inside are focused on playing pool or darts, while one person sits alone at the bar, ready for a drink. “Another shot, please” said the man. The bartender pours the shot, sits it down in front of the man and says, “You been in here almost every day for a month. We always enjoy having you around, but this ain’t like you Ray. You’re supposed to be out there doing big things, not hanging out with us bar folk.”
Ray takes the shot, sets the glass down and starts to reply, but a very loud drunk person can be heard saying, “Hey, is that Big Bama Ray? I heard he quit wrestling just like he did football. Can’t believe Rampage would want him as a partner.” Ray decided that it was time to go home, so he closed out his tab and walked out the door.
Outside, as Ray was waiting for his uber driver, he noticed some shadows approaching. He turned around and saw two people wearing mask, dressed like the men with King Felix III at PCP’s last event. One of the men lunged at Ray, but Ray tossed him in a nearby dumpster. The next one tried the same thing, but Ray hit him with an Alabama Slam on the hood of a car. Just as the uber driver was arriving, Ray pulled out his phone and sent a text message to Gambler Gorham saying, “Tell Rampage he has a partner.”

Whodunnit? - Part 2On December 14th, 2019, the owner of Port City Pro, Jeff Gorham, was attacked before his scheduled bout. He was found unconscious, by his stable mates, Nick Hetfield and Justin Loomis, in his newly wrecked office. Gorham was transported to a medical facility for safety precautions. Fortunately, the owner had no major injuries, and was only advised to take a month off from in ring competition. In his statement on the matter, Gorham said he’d “like to drop everything, but has a wrestling promotion to run.” Hoss Mack Sr, the local sheriff, insisted on running his own investigation, and is now ready to make a final statement on the matter. A short video plays
After the video finishes, Gorham is now in frame. He’s staring at brass knuckles, around the fingers of his right hand. He then looks toward the camera.

Whodunnit? - Part 3On December 14th, 2019, the owner of Port City Pro, Jeff Gorham, was attacked before his scheduled bout. He was found unconscious, by his stable mates, Nick Hetfield and Justin Loomis, in his newly wrecked office. Gorham was transported to a medical facility for safety precautions. Fortunately, the owner had no major injuries, and was only advised to take a month off from in ring competition. Hoss Mack Sr. launched an investigation into the matter, but was unable to find any concrete evidence, even with a strong suspect. Gorham called off the investigation and took matters into his own hands, by calling out the man he believes to be his attacker. After a few days of silence Cade Wageman has issued a response. A video shows Wageman with a grin from ear to ear.PCP: Mardi Gras Mania PreviewPCP Heavyweight Championship (c) Darryl Jenkins vs. King Felix IIIAt the beginning of this month, Jenkins was about to defend his title against Rampage Hunter, King Felix interrupted before it could start. Felix wasn’t alone, him and his two goons attacked Rampage and Jenkins. It eventually came out that Felix made a deal with PCP owner, Jeff Gorham, guaranteeing a title shot, at MGM. Jenkins looks to get revenge, while keeping his dominant title reign intact, while the king of Mardi Gras has his sights on being the king of PCP. Felix has stated there will be a special ceremony after the match, for the close of the carnival season. No-Disqualification Grunge Match Jeff Gorham vs. Cade WagemanA few months ago Gorham was attacked by someone in a ski mask, brass knuckles were found at the scene. After an investigation into the matter, Cade Wageman became the main suspect, and it’s believed that the brass knuckles belong to him. Unfortunately, the evidence wasn’t concrete, and no legal action could be pursued. Gorham took matters into his own hands and challenged Wageman to a no dq match. Wageman denies being the attacker, but felt he had been wronged by Gorham, so accepted the match for his own reasons. Order of Myths (MoonPie & Doubloon) vs. Rampage Hunter (Warrior Pro) & Big Bama RayRampage was all set for a title rematch, until the Order of Myths made a surprise appearance, preventing the match from starting. Rampage will have to wait until next month for his title shot, but in the meantime he has a chance to get payback against Felix’s goons. Rampage needed a partner, and put the call out to recent rival, Big Bama Ray. This seemed to be exactly what Ray needed to snap out of his funk and get back in the ring. MoonPie and Doubloon have a tall order in their official debuts. David Quinn vs. Prince Kitsune (Tiger Stripe Pro)After a confusing end to a battle royal, these two met in TSP to settle the matter. They wrestled to a draw, settling nothing. Now, Prince Kitsune travels down south for a rematch. With a 60-minute time limit, hopefully there will finally be a winner between these two. PCP Tag Team Title – Barroom Brawl (c) The Quinn’s (Alfred & Trevor) vs. Binge & Purge (Nick Hetfield & Justin Loomis)What was once called the most pointless feud in PCP, now has big stakes involved. They faced off in all types of matches and The Quinn’s were usually on the losing end. After an amazing performance winning the tag title tournament, have the Quinn’s put the losses behind them? Hoss Mack Jr. vs. Tiger NewtonThese two traded eliminations in two different multi-man matches. Now they meet one on one, with the winner trying to get in the title picture. Pizza Bread (Masked Maniac IV (PEWA) & Kenny Bread) vs. Monster Gains ( Jimmy Barrett & Roger Ratchford)The team of Pizza Bread has been gaining popularity throughout multiple organizations, while Monster Gains are set to receive tag title shots in Tiger Strip Pro. Can the lovable underdogs pull off an upset, like they did against Monochrome, or will Monster Gains cruise into their title shot? Cordell Chaos vs. Robbie Roberts (Golden Touch Promotions)Chaos is focusing on his singles career after his partner, Alex Beats, choked in the finals of the tag title tournament. Cordell, who took his team to the finals, scolded Beats, but decided to keep him on board as manager. Robbie Roberts has developed a bit of a loyal following in PCP. The fans respect the fact that he’ll get in that ring against anybody. If Roberts can ever get a victory, the roof might blow off the place.

The Mardi Gras season ended, and some interesting things happened this past Fat Tuesday. I've been waiting a long time to do this event, and I think it turned out to be the best overall PCP show so far. Replay and results below youtu.be/R3VYtsT7-RoPCP: Mardi Gras Mania ResultsCordell Chaos vs. Robbie Roberts (Golden Touch Promotions) Winner @ 10:22 – Cordell ChaosFor the first five or so minutes Robbie Roberts looked like he had a chance to win, but Chaos turned it around and won after hitting a few leaping shots. Roberts seems to be getting more popular with each loss. Monster Gains (Barrett & Ratchford) vs. Pizza Bread (Masked Maniac IV (PEWA) & Kenny Bread) Winners @ 31:50 – Monster GainsThe PCP crowd continued there support for the underdogs, but Moster Gains were too much hitting a powerbomb neckdrop fro the win. Monster Gains have been tearing it up in Tiger Stripe Pro, and look strong for their upcoming Half Stripe Tag Title shot. Hoss Mack Jr. vs. Tiger Newton Winner @ 21:54 – Tiger NewtonThis might have been match of the night with both guys trading big moves until the finish. Tiger Newton hit a rainmaker to finally put HMJ away. PCP Tag Team Championship Barroom Brawl (c) The Quinn’s (Alfred & Trevor) vs. Binge & Purge (Hetfield & Loomis) Winners @ 21:21 – The Quinn’sIt was anybody’s to win in this tornado tag, before The Demon Priest interfered, and went right after Nick Hetfield. It seemed the Quinn’s had no idea what was happening, but didn’t reject the help. After Demon Priest left, the Quinn’s went to work. Trevor Quinn hit Hetfield with his Down ‘n Out Neckbreaker, leaving Hetfield unable to continue. This left Loomis all alone. He put up a damn good effort but Trevor Quinn put him away with a perfectly timed running headbutt. David Quinn vs. Prince Kitsune (Tiger Stripe Pro) Winner @ 21:54 - Prince KitsuneThese two carried over the action from Tiger Stripe Pro. David Quinn got caught up in the moment and it may have cost him the match. Kitsune picked up the win with a low blow, followed by a twisting complete shot. Even with the ending, hopefully PCP and TSP can have a good working relationship after a rocky introduction. Order of Myths (MoonPie & Doubloon) vs. Big Bama Ray & Rampage Hunter (Warrior Pro) Winners @ 13:18 – Big Bama RampageThe Order of Myths took a beating in this quick match. Doubloon got battered on the outside and wasn’t able to beat the referee’s count. The OOM’s hightailed it out of there, as Rampage and BBR celebrated. Rampage is ready to go for his title shot next month. No DQ Grudge Match Cade Wageman vs. Jeff Gorham Winner @ 22:07 – Jeff GorhamThis lived up to the billing, by the end chairs were everywhere and Cade Wageman made no effort to hide his use of brass knuckles. Gorham took it all and fought back securing the win with the buy-in boot. PCP Heavyweight Championship (c)Darryl Jenkins vs. King Felix III Winner @ 16:44, New Champion– King Felix IIIA chess match that built to a classic moment in PCP history. Jenkins connected with strikes early, Felix adjusted and took the match to the mat. Jenkins started landing bombs and almost won, Felix toughed it out and attacked the leg until Jenkins tapped to the broken pillar of life leglock. Felix becomes the champion in his second PCP match, ending the legendary reign of Darryl Jenkins. After the match the PCP audience were in stunned silence, King Felix grabbed the microphone.KF3: Bow to your king. I’m the only man worthy enough to carry the moniker of King Felix III. With our wonderful carnival season coming to an end, it’s time to close out with an annual Fat Tuesday tradition. The only day of the year that Folly defeats Death. Let us see if it still holds true. Closing Ceremony Death (Doubloon) vs. Folly (MoonPie) Winner @ 13:52 – DeathThe new champion stuck around to referee the festivities, as Folly chased Death all around the ring, only for Death to eventually get the win. Death wins 365 days this year. Injury Report: Nick Hetfield suffered a neck sprain and has been advised to take 3 months off for healing. Highlight: Quinn's Team WorkAfter Darryl Jenkins lost his championship, he walked backstage were a small group of wrestlers lead by Big Bama Ray & Gambler Gorham gave him a standing ovation. Gorham pulled him to the side and said, “You have nothing to be ashamed of. You’re the standard bearer of this company. Due to your dominant reign, defending the title four times, you’re guaranteed a title rematch against the Felix/Rampage winner. Take you and the family on a nice vacation, you earned it. Then get back training for your rematch.”

PCP New & Notes- The new PCP champion King Felix will defend his title against Rampage Hunter at our next event on March 24th. Rampage is finally getting the title shot he earned, against the man who prevented that title match from taking place. Felix made a trip to Warrior Pro recently, setting the stage for this huge main event. - Tim Thomson was able to get an interview with the former champ, Darryl Jenkins, before Jenkins left for vacation. The former champ gives his thoughts on losing the title, his future, and the upcoming PCP title match. The interview will be out in a few days. - After Jenkins lost his title, Gambler Gorham referred to him as the standard bearer of the company, and instituted a new rule for champions going forward. If a champion loses their title, the only way to receive an automatic rematch is having at least four title defenses during their reign. - It appears the new champ pulled some strings and got his goons a tag title shot. The Quinn’s will defend against the Order of Myths. - After the result of Binge & Purge's tag title shot, Justin Loomis has challenged The Demon Priest. Loomis looks to avenge his tag partner Nick Hetfield, who was injured as a result of The Demon Priest's attack. - Tiger Strip Pro’s, Prince Kitsune, will face Tiger Newton, with the winner moving up the rankings and getting closer to title contention. - PCP’s one year anniversary is approaching. The Battle of Mobile Bay tournament is set to take place on June 1st & 2nd. This year there will be 16 competitors, featuring wrestlers from multiple organizations, battling over two days, with the winner receiving a PCP title shot the following month. More details will be released soon.

I'm going to postpone the next show. I was only going to take a break for a week to focus on another creative project, but I got really into it and that turned into three weeks. Now this virus is in full effect, and I've decided to move the next PCP show to April 7th. I'll get back to posting on soon, after I spend the weekend with my family (keeping safe distance) and relax some. I hope everyone is staying safe and being cautious.

I got my days mixed up and meant to reschedule for next week on the 31st, so PCP will be back sooner that I thought. Here's an interview with Darryl Jenkins that I meant to post at the beginning of the month.
Jenkins Interview
On February 25th, 2020, Darryl Jenkins title reign came to an end, just short of nine months. A few days after the loss, Jenkins sat down with Tm Thomson for an in-depth interview.
