Still very frustrated trying to get this to work. First tried downloading a bunch of themes, loaded the USB stick and about half of the files worked in Fire Pro. Realized some were over the 4MB limit, were inconsistent formats and wanted to get my top 40 picks all working so I loaded them into audition. Trimmed to about 1 minute each, faded out the endings and exported them as an MP3 meeting all the specs listed on the site. They didn't work and I assumed it was maybe because they were lacking id3 tags. Tried adding tags and though they appear to copy (fire pro shows the titles and says 05/05 *or whatever*) but they don't actually appear for use.
Have a great method now to capture all the songs I want in good quality, but am totally stumped as to why none of the files I'm exporting from Audition will work. Wondered if it was potentially an issue copying the files using a Mac but it did work the first couple times.

Try dropping them to 30 seconds; That *should* make them meet the size requirement.
That could be the issue you're having. I helped someone with this the other day when they couldn't get their themes working.
Also note that I'm a PC user and that may not work for you, but it should anyhow.

You probably don't need 320kbps bit rate on an mp3 for an entrance theme; also, unless you're personally controlling the wrestler, entrance sequences are about 25 (singles) to 40 (4 person team) seconds. A minute is about the max the game will let you extend an entrance. So in total it should be anywhere from about 1MB (128kbps) to 2.75MB (320kbps or so) in size for an entrance theme.

I made sure all the files are well below the 4MB limit. Will try again trimming the themes to about 30 seconds and lowering the bit rate.

Went down to 256kbps, reduced all songs to 45 seconds or under, saved without any metadata and they all finally worked! Wound up picking about 30 themes, a bunch for factions, the WCW Nitro and ECW themes and a few good songs (Search & Destroy - Stooges, Snoop Dogg, a lil' Kanye, Misfits, Nirvana, etc) that I can apply to a bunch of wrestlers. Now for the laborious process of copying all the downloads and applying the themes. Thanks (mostly ;)

I still can't get this worked out and it's driving me crazy. All my specs are spot on. Any advice??

I finally got it, but the files are a bit too loud. Any way to know what dB level I should set them to?

I finally got it, but the files are a bit too loud. Any way to know what dB level I should set them to? The settings Ive been running are 90dB and I have the entrance music volume set to 80-85. As normal, I'm PC so not sure if there's any notable variance on PS4.

Still really struggling with this. All files are sample rate 44100, 192kbps, 30-45 seconds & well under maximum file size. For reference I’m trimming & fading MP3s using Audacity on a MacBook. I’ve tried multiple other methods both with & without metadata but haven’t been able to upload a single track yet. Could anybody give me any idea as to what I’m doing wrong?
Thanks

Thanks Might sound stupid, but this was my problem. My directory folders weren't matched right. I think I had them in the flash drive in the PS4 folder, then FPWW, then MUSIC. There needs to be a FPWW folder directly on the flash drive itself, not in the PS4 folder. Just follow exactly what the menu screen says the folder layout should be, and place those folders directly on the flash drive and not in any other folders.
