Nice changes, especially the rivalry option and fighting road export.
I haven’t turned on my PS4 but I believe the Junior Heavyweight DLC is due to hit today too.
Also lol at yet another patch breaking something that will need to be patched and then in turn it will break something else, rinse repeat forever.

Nice changes, especially the rivalry option and fighting road export. Both are really appreciated additions by Spike. I can't wait to see how rivalries play out. And my Fighting Road character, Nerval Pithory ("The Pleasant Peasant") is happy to join the ranks of his "cousin" edits on my main save. Once I do his logic, I'll stick him in Fire Promoter too! We'll eventually get some kind of infinite regression forcing Spike to work on this game forever 😁 I have a Fire Promoter save. I tried multiple matches in Fire Promoter and Exhibition Modes and only got the bug in Fire Promoter. I tried edits with Custom Themes as well, and don't have the issue in Exhibition Modes. I've tried to replicate it and nothing has worked - Perhaps disabling Fire Promoter might affect things. Edit: Nope - Disabled Fire Promoter and Entrances are still functioning as they should. Interesting - How were you able to disable Fire Promoter? In the Steam Library DLC? I tried edits with Custom themes and first noticed the issue. I didn't try without. I'm really curious why entrances are working for you in Exhibition and not some of us. Do you have mods enabled right now? Maybe that is somehow protecting your entrances? To everyone having problems with entrances in exhibition mode (like me) - are you using mods? I'm not. |

I am not using mods. I haven't used them since the Jr. DLC dropped for PC users a month ago.
I disabled the Fire Promoter DLC in the Steam Library and booted up the game. Still have Entrances.
I restarted Steam and rebooted the game and I still have Entrances. I don't know what the issue is preventing others from not being able to use Entrances.
Things I've tried:
Enabling the Fire Promoter DLC and playing in Fire Promoter - No Entrances.
Enabling the Fire Promoter DLC and playing Exhibition Matches - Entrances are working.
Enabling the Fire Promoter DLC and simming Exhibition Matches - Entrances are working.
Enabling the Fire Promoter DLC and simming OR playing Exhibition Matches with Custom Themes - Entrances are working.
Enabling the Fire Promoter DLC and simming downloaded edits - Entrances are working.
Disabling the Fire Promoter DLC and doing all of the above - Entrances are working.

Well, you did a much more thorough testing of the possibilities than I did! 😁
I'm just not sure why entrances in exhibition matches for me aren't working.
I suppose more people will weigh in with their experiences in the next few days.
Maybe it's an options setting I have or something like that? Maybe my lack of shirt has upset the RNG.

So the latest tweet shows they are aware of the issue and just want people to skip entry scenes until it is fixed.
Google translate has an attempt at the translation:

After playing Fire Promoter for an hour, I had an exhibition match and the wrestlers were stuck off screen during the entrance so I wonder if it’s related to the save files??
Also new update as a hot fix has been/due to be released
“Sorry to keep you waiting. We released a patch corresponding to the entrance scene trouble. This admission scene oversight is also the result of my instruction to devote a lot of personnel to online match debugging, and I will review the future check system and personnel allocation further while making serious mistakes. Just a heads up but the export wrestler data option is still useless if you have saved just before Wrestle Kingdom as you need to be able to access the edit mode to export - kind found that out the hard way (again *sigh*)
EDIT: ...or just read the screen and press Y to go to options and export from there... *facepalm*

The addition of rivalries in Promoter Mode and the edit export option is great. I just need to get my arse in gear and make my edits for Promoter mode.

Does anyone know if you can add and remove edit wrestlers from an ongoing Fire Promoter save?
With the new Jr's being added (today hopefully) I'd like to delete the unofficial downloaded versions I have to free up roster space. Also have a few downloaded creations I was unhappy with and want to replace with superior edits, however, I don't want to lose my year 5 Promoter save to do so. Especially when I'm the top promotion based solely on the strength of my US performance and just starting to make inroads around the world (now that my sponsor doesn't have an audience criteria).
